Location was perfect. Walkable to Alpharetta square. Clean, cozy and everything you would need for your stay. Fridge stocked with water and wine; toiletries were perfect; decor adorable. Would definitely stay there again!

This place was absolutely my favorite VRBO we’ve ever stayed. The house looks just like the pictures. We arrived at 12:40 am exhausted but we were so in love with this house we kept walking around point out all the unexpected treasure left for the guest. The frig had water & wine, a large bowl of fresh fruit, coffee suppplies for the next morning. We took advantage of the fire pit the last night. Wood and blankets so graciously provided. Kitchen was well stocked with new like equipment. The location was perfect!!! Walking distance to historical downtown Alpharetta!

This house was amazing!!! The location is phenomenal with the great neighborhood and proximity to downtown. The house was gorgeous and super comfortable. Everything we needed was anticipated and covered. I can't imagine anything that was not thought of. I am thrilled that we were able to stay there for our son's wedding week. It really made the weekend seemless and wonderful. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

The home is adorable and has everything you need and more. The neighborhood is such a perfect location. You can walk to just about everywhere. Love the access to the school track right down the road. Thank you, it was a pleasure to stay in that home.

This home was above and beyond everything we had expected. It had every item needed, was clean, and location was perfect. Check in and check out was seamless, and they were more than accommodating. Highly recommended!

Loved this property! Of all the properties I've rented, this by far was the best! For a rental unit, I was super surprised by all the details and fine touches added to the house. The unit had EVERYTHING you could think of that is provided - soaps, shampoos, bath salts, water (still and sparkling) and other beverages in the fridge, coffee, condiments, laundry detergent, etc. There were even fresh apples provided. This special touch makes arriving at a home so nice and I didn't have to worry about running to the store immediately upon arrival. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with all tools needed to cook at the house. There were more than enough towels and extra blankets for our family of five. The beds are extremely comfortable and she sheets are very nice too. I love gardening and being outside, so really appreciated the seating areas outside. They even had beautifully arranged flower pots around the property. We walked the neighborhood each evening, went on jogs, and our kids enjoyed catching fireflies at night. Safe area and walking distance to the cute town where there are lots of great places to eat. Only a couple negatives is that the house is older so the walls are very thin. We could easily hear our kids talking in their rooms even with the doors closed. Good news is that the neighborhood is super quiet so never had a problem with hearing street noise or anything. There is a motion sensor light next to the property that will go off and on through the night. The blinds don't really keep the light out well so wearing a sleep mask solves that problem if you prefer a dark room. Even with these two minor issues, we would HIGHLY recommend this property. Super nice! Kudos to the owners for the attention to details! Also, be aware that check-in instructions will be sent to your email associated with your VRBO account from EVOLVE. I was in town for a family event. I wanted my own house for my family. We had the best time walking to town, dining out and attending a wedding in Milton. The hostess, Linda had decorated for fall. Pumpkins, flowers and water bottles. I felt I was in a five star resort. This home is completely updated and spotless. I mean, I have stayed in many homes through rental programs and this is the cleanest and most well appointed I have ever stayed in. The location is also very convenient to walk to dinner or to drive to 400 and get around town. I'll be back! A+ ya'll!

Wow!!! Above and beyond and so perfectly appointed! This host really out shines every other property I’ve been to. From lint rollers, makeup wipes, magnifying makeup mirrors, to fully stoked kitchen with gourmet coffee and ingredients to make a Moscow Mule…I mean the list of amenities is endless and my two girlfriends and I were beyond thrilled to come home to this place each evening after our conference. It is in a gorgeous, upscale neighborhood that is a short walk to a darling town with wonderful places to eat and shop! We walked the neighborhood and loved it! Thank you for having us and here’s wishing you so much success with this property! You cannot go wrong staying here, it’s all new and beautifully updated! Every inch!

Our group visited for the Braves game and were thrilled to have found this place! Everything in this home is brand new!! From the outdoor gas grill to the gourmet kitchen, everything exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 3 dads/3 sons and everyone, including the boys, was amazed at the personal touches Linda put in her home. The shiplap theme was well done. It’s more than just a rental, it felt like a home! The boys enjoyed playing in the yard. Early mornings were well spent in the enclosed patio/den area while reading and watching nature. The home had all the essentials, all we had to do was bring food. It would be a great home for family gatherings around the holidays! Sad we couldn’t have stayed longer but hope to visit again! Go Braves!!

This house is absolutely perfect. It has the high end elements that make you feel pampered - coupled with touches of hominess and comfort that make you feel like you've been welcomed with open arms. The attention to detail is phenomenal. It was like walking into a copy of Southern Living magazine. The location is IDEAL. 5 minutes from every kind of delicious, charming, and unique restaurant you could hope for - 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta (on a Saturday morning :) ). I literally want to live in this house. Our family travels a good bit - and we have stayed in many, many vacation rentals all over the place. This kitchen is the most well-equipped -- lacking NOTHING -- that we have ever encountered. The beds are ridiculously comfortable -- and every bedroom is just beautiful as well. The bathrooms are equally luxurious. I LOVED this house. It is total PERFECTION.

Beautifully appointed home with all the charm and details for the ideal getaway including a good kitchen and updated baths. Lovely backyard and comfortable interior. Immaculately updated and maintained, walkable to downtown Alpharetta with endless restaurants, the Farmers Market, and great nightlife. Such a fun retreat. Excellent location, easy check-in, and professional management. Would definitely recommend it.

I thoroughly enjoyed a week in this lovely, well-appointed and decorated home. The location walking distance into the town of Alpharetta couldn't be beat. Such a quiet neighborhood for sleeping and I loved having the outdoor space. Bedding was comfortable, bathrooms brand new and beautiful, and that kitchen is just spectacular. All the amenities and nice touches you could desire on vacation. I would highly recommend a stay in this home!

This house is adorable! We truly enjoyed staying in Alpharetta at this lovely little home! It was the perfect place for our girls weekend. It is obvious that this house has been recently renovated... everything is so clean and comfortable. It is decorated beautifully and the location is fantastic! It is a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Downtown Alpharetta. We had the perfect day starting with the Farmers Market, Bottomless Mimosas at Brunch, then shopping at all the cute boutiques. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from in the evening. This house is a Gem! We will be back for sure!
