Perfect location for us. Plenty of space for us all. Nice that there was a Keurig machine (but no kettle)

We had a nice visit, but the house has plumbing issues and there is only one bathroom upstairs. It also has very limited cooking utensils.

Spent a long weekend at this home to visit with family in Knoxville. The house was very comfortable, clean and easy to find. If you plan on cooking understand this is not a cooks kitchen and with just a few pots and pans, flatware, and dinnerware. Aside from that, it was perfect for our visit.

We came in for a sports event being held at the convention center. It was a perfect location. The house was clean and put together.

The home was very spacious and clean, our only complaint is the water pressure could have been better and the water doesn’t stay hot long in the shower. This makes it difficult when multiple people need to shower. I still recommend as this may be a city issue and not the owner. I would stay again.

We stayed here while we dropped our oldest daughter off at college. The property was great! We all had our own space. The girls took over the basement, and we had the first floor. It was very conformable and inviting, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The extra throws were perfect for movie night. There were plenty of places to hang out and chat, but we spent a good amount of time on the outdoor couch in the morning drinking our coffee. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. We will definitely stay here again during our many visits!

The process was smooth, communication was excellent, and the house was everything we needed for a short getaway!

Overall, we were very happy with our rental unit. The only challenges that we had was that the hot water heater did not seem sufficient. Several of us had cold showers each morning. We could not find a solution to this. The water would be hot one moment and then go ice cold the next moment with no ability to regulate the temperature.

This property is way underrated! We were in town for my daughter's competition and this house was perfect. We arrived into town early and they allowed us early access. The house was super cute and the kitchen was perfect. It had spices and all the pot and pans that you could need to make a meal. The outside area was AMAZING and I only wished the weather was warmer so we could actually enjoy it more. The house is newly renovated and it has a lot of charm. For the price, you won't find anything better. Definitely planning to stay here again in the future.

Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Living space and kitchen plenty big for what we needed. The beds were really comfortable. There looks to be an outdoor area that looked really nice, too cold for us to use. We would definitely stay there again.

Property is cute/as described. The bottom of the house is locked. You can only use the washer/dryer down there. Zillow list it with a 4th bedroom & extra bathroom but that is not available for VRBO. Only1 bathroom is available for use - would've been nice to have the other. The rental is listed as 'entire house' so we were concerned someone would stay in the bottom (additional bedroom/bath) but they didn't. Overall it was good for a one night stay! Smelled clean, beds were comfortable. Outdoor furniture was weathered and no grill on porch as shown. Would stay again!

Charming, spotless, beautiful, comfortable, peaceful - this adorable house checked all the boxes for us as we explored Knoxville & surrounding areas. Keyless entry is a nice feature too, no fumbling with keys.
