My fiancé and I recently stayed here for a weekend trip from the East Coast to Denver. This apartment was the perfect place for our short trip. The accommodations provided included free coffee and a nice fireplace to warm up by. All the amenities were well taken care of and the apartment was very clean. Thanks for letting us stay here!

Great location and quiet area. Near a park and very walkable area. Host on site is a plus. Modern, clean and well equipped. Off road parking.

Unit was perfect. Bed comfortable which made adjusting to the time change much easier ;-) We like to do our own cooking and was very doable. Had our daughters and their families over for the evening and it was enjoyable. Will be returning as this is our best find/fit yet in the 3 years we have been out to visit our kids. Thank you!

Everything accessible and nearby. Very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely book again. If anyone looking to enjoy their stay in Denver, this is the place to be hands down.

This little apartment was one of the best we've stayed in with all of the conveniences one needs.

Comfortable stay as we explored nearby Denver. The stocked kitchen made it easy to make our own meals to cut down costs. Appreciated being able to wash clothes as well at the end of our trip.

I really enjoyed exploring this area of Colorado with this comfortable VRBO as a base. The gas fireplace was a nice feature. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and essentials for morning (coffee).

Property exactly as pictured on website. Very clean with a fully stocked kitchen and recommendations on things to do and shopping in the area. Completely satisfied and would not hesitate to stay there again

Great spot to relax during some hotter than average days in Denver while we were there. Everything is well thought through at the place and had everything needed for our stay.

Nice place, good parking, great location. Points for cleanliness. The owners were available via text for any need we had. I recommend this place - we were there for 2 weeks!

Two things I did not like:
1. It is a basement. It may be listed like that, but I did not read it anywhere.
2. Central AC means that the temperature will be the same for the occupants of the house (outside in the pictures), and in the basement (where you will be).
The area where it is located is peaceful, a beautiful neighborhood.
**Jessie was incredibly helpful to us. Whatever you need she will provide. In our case, she went above and beyond. I
m very grateful to her (we left a backpack in the property and she took care of the issue magnificently).

Very clean and cozy. And the bed was practically more comfortable than mine at home!
There was an issue with the door code upon arrival but the owner immediately got back to me to help resolve the problem. Highly recommend!
