My daughter, her two children, and I spent a comfortable week in what we called our “cottage.” The location was close to downtown Ocala. We appreciated the children’s books and games. The kitchen was easy tol use.
The only drawbacks were the dusty porch and mosquitoes in the carport which we reported to the owner. Otherwise it was perfect.

The host went above and beyond with sticking the house with essentials. The house was immaculate and well appointed. The location was terrific. The downtown area has wonderful restaurants and charming center. Highly recommend the home.

Clean and cozy house! Great location. It was only a few minutes to restaurants and coffee shops as well as the springs. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated well. I would highly recommend it to others!

The house is well represented online despite some reviews that say otherwise. The fenced backyard wasn't great for us because the neighbors also have dogs. So we used the front yard and it worked out fine. The neighborhood has a few less than ideal homes but all in all it is fine. We had no issues and found the neighbors we saw to be friendly and welcoming. The host was absolutely great to work with! They were super helpful and as accommodating as they were able to be.

We had an outstanding experience. Stayed here while visiting family over Thanksgiving who live about 0.75 miles away. Home was great, clean, had plenty of amenities (coffee pot/coffee press!), board games. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if in need of a place close to the downtown/historic area of Ocala.

Great neighborhood
This little house, which is being meticulously cared for is a delight. The neighborhood is great and the back is fenced in for dogs. The owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. We were moving to Ocala and needed to extend our stay and the owners changed their plans to accommodate our needs. I would definitely stay there again. Excellent wifi!

Disappointing
Not only did a number of things not work, such as numerous lights with burned out bulbs and a TV that had not sound, but there was not access to the yard.

Cute and convenient
Very cute and comfy cottage in the historic district about a mile from the downtown square. Great use of space, the bed was very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. Spent a couple of lovely cold evenings in front of the gas fireplace. Super responsive host! If visiting, we recommend the Raman bowls at Big Hammock Brewing, dinner at Ivy on the Square, and don’t miss out on the crepes and coffee at Symmetry & Crepes. We’d love to visit again!
