The apartment was newly remodeled and beautiful!! Had everything from, beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, cups/plates, loved the cafe in the lobby!! And walking distance to stores and beach!! It was perfection.

Everything great other than some small roaches in kitchen. It’s an older building so I’m not blaming the property owner. Sometimes it’s hard to avoid such insects because they could be easily be coming from the next door apartment. Other than that, everything else was fantastic!

First time on a Expedia apartment … very nice

This location was perfect. Seven minutes from the airport, clean building, beach steps away, great view, very clean unit, close to necessities but only 15-20 mins away from Old San Juan. It’s also about 45-60 minutes away from popular excursions like zip lining and snorkeling. The keyless entry is chefs kiss. I will definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing well kept nicely renovated.. The only drawback was the pool not be available, But otherwise an amazing place. Amazing host.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was great. Checking in and out was really simple. Would definitely stay here again without a second thought.

The property was very clean and everything was as advertised. My family and I felt very comfortable and at home here. I would recommend that there be more space to unpack your clothes. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment. I would definitely stay there again. The only downside was a few baby roaches. I would definitely recommend the owner get some combat for roaches will take care of the problem. Otherwise a very nice apartment, exactly like the pictures.

Very beautiful property. Available parking on-site. Beach on-site. Restaurants and stores close by. The apartment was amazingly comfortable.

I traveled alone and this apartment was huge. Everything is white and the marble floors are even brighter in person (all rooms). There was more than enough room to cook with fully-stocked kitchenware.
The neighborhood was so peaceful and the people were so friendly. Almost everyone speaks good English, so don’t worry about needing to speak Spanish well. Definitely try the fried calamari from Alambique Beach Lounge, which is a 5-minute walk on the beach from the private access point in the hotel.
I definitely plan to stay here again, SOON!

The place had plenty of towels and beach towels and beach chairs as well. Perfect place to stay if you want the beach life and also just a few minutes from the airport.

Condo/ apartment was totally renovated and looked great! No problems encountered during our 15day stay! Jessica was very helpful and professional! We will go back again next year! Great experience!
