This was our first stay in this accommodation and we loved it. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything that you need to make it feel like home from home. The location is great and having parking in the town centre is a huge bonus.

Property was easy to find and very secure. Met the cleaning lady on the morning of our departure, she should be commended on keeping these apartments immaculate. Nothing everything was of a very high standard

Everything was very clean and top quality. I cannot see anything you could improve, excellent.

The property was a real delight to stay in. Great location, with a short walk down to the beach, Tesco supermarket. Allocated parking space is provided. The Train Station and Bus Station are next to the super market, which are a 3 minute walk from the property. -

We self catered. The location was perfect for local shops and eateries and also ideal for local attractions and public transport. There was nothing that caused us any problems during our stay

Lovely, light, modern apartment with every amenity. Quality accessories and utensils. Fluffy towels and decent toiletries. Single bed not really suitable for 3rd adult. Probably fine for children to about age 12. No info on working dishwasher (which best programme to use) Even with windows closed seagulls were exceptionally noisy (night time!) We've stayed other places in Filey and not noticed this so was surprised to be kept awake

Everything was clean, new looking and good quality. Belle House was quiet and was convenient for shops etc. The security was very good. Parking was, also, very good with a numbered space and security bollard. Apartment 4 has a three sided fence round it's parking spot ! Very little in all fairness. If we were being very picky we could say that the small bedroom would be better if it was larger. A big criticism is the position of the microwave oven. Taking something, possibly very hot, out of the oven at head height seemed very dangerous. It might be ok for someone six foot six but quite concerning for an elderly person five foot six!! Don't know what the Health & Safety regulation is but for us it was alarming. Also, there is not enough room on the work top. A big toaster, a coffee machine, kettle etc leaves little room for meal preparation etc.

Newly decorated and beautifully appointed apartment that couldn’t be more central if you tried. Nice little touches such as mini shower gels and shampoos for each guest. All the mod cons, beautiful fluffy towels, comfortable beds, parking space and spacious main double bedroom. Couldn’t have asked for more! There’s not much you can do about it, but the second bedroom is very small.

Fantastic location, stunning appartment, very well equipped comfortable beds. There was nothing not to like. If I had to pick something it was humping all the bags upstairs as we were on the top floor, but it wasn't an issue as we chose top floor.

We spotted the apartments when visiting Filey last year, and promptly booked a short break as soon as we got home. We were not disappointed. A great location in Filey town centre with allocated parking, the very modern apartment was light and airy with everything you need. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped with good quality furnishings and kitchen equipment. As it was very cold it was lovely to come back to the apartment, turn up the heating and relax. Thoroughly recommended. The local water really doesn't taste very nice straight from the tap so best to use bottled water.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. I agree with the other reviewer about the entertainment system. Also, in our case there were no dishwasher tablets, we had to purchase them ourselves. The washing machine had foul water so we drained it and were able to use it twice. Bin liners were not provided either. It's a shame, those details cost them a perfect score from me, hence only 4 stars. The flat itself is lovely, better than in the photos. Location is excellent at just 5 mins walk from the beach. Parking is off-street and allocated so no worries on that front. Also, the beds are cozy and the flat is spacious. Both bathrooms have powerful showers. We enjoyed our week in Filey, it's a lovely town with very friendly people. If we ever return I would book this flat again. I recommend The Lighthouse Tearoom for lovely cakes, the First Catch fish & chips if you have gluten intolerance like myself. Overton Butchers for lovely pies and ham and sausages, etc.

The property was very nice but we struggled with the entertainment system ( was very hi tech and poor instructions, no dishwasher tablets, we were told the washing machine was faulty which wasn’t a problem but didn’t expect it to be full of foul water. The bin liners were so flimsy that they disintegrated when you tried to remove them from the bin .having said all that would come again.
