This lovely lower level property had everything we could have wanted. It was very clean We loved all the thoughtful touches. Extra feminine hygiene products, nice coffee mugs, name brand shampoo and conditioner etc. The checking in and out process was a breeze. The location was perfect for our needs. We were visiting family but we had some folks who worked remotely and needed quiet for meetings etc. There was plenty of areas for everyone to do what they needed. We loved being so close to downtown and walking distance to some restaurants. I would say the only tiny downside was hearing the creaking floors in the early morning from the tenants upstairs. I don't think we kept the same schedule. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat... But maybe I would choose the upstairs property.

We found the place easily with Google Maps. Close to downtown. Nicely decorated and had all the amenities we were looking for in a weekly rental.

Very quiet spot to stay in busy Durango. Property managers super efficient and prompt with inquiries. House was well kept, clean and very roomy.

OReilly Garden House was the perfect spot for our family with the right amount of space and in a great location for all that we wanted to do while in Durango. Everything we needed was available - pots and pans, spices, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer, etc!

We had a very nice stay here for a wedding in town. We had an issue with the keys during one instance and the homeowner and rental service were quick to remedy the issue. Would rent here again!

Property was excellent--roomy and clean. The only issue was the steps to the outdoor patio area. They were very unstable and I actually realigned to make them a bit more stable. Initially it was less hazardous to simply walk around the steps. The owner needs to secure them for the perfect stay.

Loved staying here. Lots of nice touches like oatmeal, snacks and brochures from local attractions. Super comfortable furniture and beds. Very spacious. It was quiet too! More quiet than my own home. As a sensitive sleeper, I appreciated that.
We were there during the hottest days of the year but did not have any problems due to the lack of AC. It felt cool the whole stay.
