We really enjoyed our vacation in this property and would absolutely book again in the future! The property is in a great location, close to everything but also tucked away. It was very quiet and relaxing. Super close to all the Disney world parks and universal. I had zero issues during my 8 day stay. The house was clean, plenty of towels provided, and very spacious. Would definitely recommend!

We were in town for a funeral and this location was perfect. You can be in Target in less than 4min, places to eat, shop, pickup items ect. Plenty of parking and the heated pool a plus!

As a frequent user of Home Away/ VRBO properties, this particular property was great for its value. It was spacious and decorated very nice. We were a family group of 9 and all had our own space. Again, the value was great. However, the reason it did not get a 5 star from me was because of small things, but things that matter to me…..there was only 1 dish towel, no spatula in kitchen, no Kleenex in the tissue box, cheap/rough toilet paper and scratchy sheets. The houses are packed in tight, so there was lots of noise even past 10:30/11 with people swimming in their respective pools. I’d also say the carpet is ready for a professional cleaning. However, were we pleased with the stay, yes for the $.

The house was clean and beautiful and had great light everywhere. The pool was warm (needed for December!) and the hot tub was hot and also very pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you!

We had a good stay but there were ants that were all over the downstairs biting people in bed so we were unable to use that room and they got in and ruined all food in the kitchen and it took them two days to send someone and they barely offered any discounts not even close to the amount of food we lost

Upon entry to the property the ambiance was incredible. The soft lights were on and smooth Jazz music playing. The property was like new. Very clean and the decor was beautiful. The check in process was streamlined and easy to understand. No miscommunications and they responded quickly to any questions. Will chose this home again!

I am extremely pleased with my choice of our vacation rental. The house was beautiful.
I was just bummed when I had requested pool heat prior to my arrival and found out it was not added. I tried calling to ask about same and I was told it would be 500.00 more. I know I requested the pool heater when I booked. Oh well.

It worked out in the end
Property managed by Casiola. There payment process was confusing at first but I went with it. The house was beautiful and clean. No issues once we arrived. Home is in a great, safe area. Decorated to the T. Beautiful!

Huge Home
I did have issues with the check in the code to the door did not work. I called in the rental company 800 number who then had another number reach out to give a code. The house was very clean however there is maintenance the house needs ex the stair rails are wobbly , the dinner table is too and there are number scruff marks all along the house. Overall the house is super spacious and clean. My biggest complaint would be the grill with no propane gas, it was empty and had no idea where to fill it.

Spring Break 2k22
Upon arrival trash outside & in kitchen had not been emptied. The pool had a bath cloth & other items in it. I emailed the property manager got an response immediately & the trash issue was taken care of. As for the pool they informed me that it was cleaned every Wednesday which was kind of disappointing because we checked in on a Friday & left Tuesday. Overall the house was amazing, rooms were clean, furniture clean, everything up to date. We had 12 people & didn’t feel overcrowded. We’ll stay again I’ll just make sure it’s on the day the pool is cleaned.

Property was not thoroughly cleaned. Experience with other rental homes quite different… this house no pool toys, no seasonings, no dish towels or drying towels… a few things needed to make stay better. Definitely need to make sure home is cleaned properly. Overall beautiful home with great location

Genial experiencia
La propiedad se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones la decoración está muy actualizada, el family room en el piso de arriba es muy agradable. Es muy amplia y los cuartos geniales. la ubicación genial.
Dos cuestiones a considerar: 1) al parkear un carro o dos no tienes espacio para caminar y te llenas de tierra del jardín, lo pueden remediar con algunos concrete slabs.
2) blackouts for the beedrooms are needed PLEASE.
