We had the best time staying here! It was clean and had everything we needed! Quiet and peaceful! The beach was clean and not that crowded!

in general, everything in the condo was good with the exception of some things: 1, there was no cloth to wipe the floor, 2, the shredder under the sink was leaking all the time, 3, the rug, which is made of natural fabric, created a lot of dust in the rooms, 4, there is too much on the balcony things, and also when we are checked in the rooms were very badly cleaned, there was sand on the floor and in the corners

This condo was super cozy, it had everything we needed for cooking and a huge balcony to sit and drink coffee in the mornings and dolphin watch. The beds had very nice mattresses (a little more firm than my preference) but super nice. Everything was clean with the exception of a little sand on the floors (I mean we are on a beach). The elevators were fast and there were 3. They started us out with enough necessities like toilet paper and dishwasher tablets until we could get to the store to get more, Walmart is super close. It was an awesome vacation!!!

Beautiful condo. Everything you need is there. Only complaint is not enough toilet paper. Will visit again.

The floors were very dirty. Chair in living room was very dirty. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a weeks stay. Was told to start laundry before we left, but provided no laundry soap. No batteries in thermostat to provide AC. We purchased batteries for the unit. Elevators went down a lot. Had to walk up/down on the stairs. Maintenance did repair elevators quickly on week days. The pool/spa were beautiful. The beach was gorgeous. Parking was nice for smaller vehicles.

it’s a smooth little condo spot for a week. balcony view was really cool and it was good spot to stay with 4 to 5 friends.

Overall we had an awesome fall break great views of the water in the beach.. We will definitely be back.

The condo was very clean and cute. Just the right size for the two of us. Beach access was great and the pool and hot tub were very clean and maintained. We give it a 5 star rating all around.

The weather and beach was great this week, very fortunate the hurricane didn’t come our way! There was a few issues with cleanliness but nothing that disrupted our stay. We enjoyed our week!

More comfortable seating in living room sectional hood but a better chair or live seat but still a nice place

Our family came in town for a softball tournament & it was thd perfect distance between both fields. The condo was exactly how described! Room was right in front of elevator, which was great & it was fast to get on & off. Pool was relaxing & you just had to walk out of the gate & you're on the beach. We definitely will see if this unit is open next time we're in town.

Beach chairs & umbrellas were set up daily first come first serve and we totally took advantage of that! There are NO extras in the condo- in the past I have stayed in places that have left a few rolls of TP, a fe trash bags, maybe a few beach toys or salt and pepper type basics- this place doesn’t have anything like that. It was totally fine, but just meant we really had to shop as soon as we arrived, no waiting for the next day. Traveling with 6 & 12 yr old kids, we really loved the full table for playing cards in the evening. The balcony was perfect. We felt like we were in good proximity to restaurants and shopping.

We loved the room and the amenities that were open. The indoor hot tub/pool and gym were all shut down, so I would have loved to have had access to those. Overall a really great vacation though!

The condo is decorated for relaxation! Very elegant without all the loud colors that some others decorate with. The only issue is that because we booked so early that the management company that the owner goes through (ECDI) provided the incorrect gate code to get into the properties garage. We were provided the code by another guest but did not get a response fro. ECDI until the next day, at which time we did not recieved an apology for the mix up, but they "smartly" gave us the code changes for every quarter. Very disappointing.

To the owners of the condo, there might be a problem with the air handling system for the unit. Every night the humidity of the unit would go up to 80% or above. We were able to counter this during the day by leaving the slider open while we were home, though this may not be as useful the warmer it gets outside. It might be something to mention to the maintenance of the building upon your convenience. We both would also like to add that if you are looking for a couple to promote your condo we would love the opportunity to do so for you by returning for further trips! An absolutely stunning place to get away from life's worries! Thank you for letting us share your home!

The property was clean, convenient to everything. The view was unbelievable and plenty of room for the two of us. Would stay again. The only thing I would improve on is have instructions in the condo for use of the TV, armbands and parking instructions. Nick and Lois

The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. However pigeons have defecated so much on the patio that it was unusable. I phoned and emailed the maintenance and property manager and never got any response at all. I relayed to them that bird feces is highly succeptable to disease and bacteria. As a person with a compromised immune system, I could not take the risk of exposure that this patio presented. I emailed pictures and still have them. It’s actually nauseating and very disgusting. I was disappointed that no one seemed to care.
