We had 24 guests and we had plenty of room . We could have used 2 towels each which would have helped us not do wash everyday.

we had a group of 10 people between two units, lots of room and a big enough gathering space for everyone to be together.

The online description and photographs were exactly what was promised and located in a perfect surrounding to provide easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and pubs, as well as within a short drive or Uber to downtown. Highly recommended

We rented two of the houses side by side for our large group. Everything was great!

We came for my birthday! So fun!!!! The house was convenient and plenty of space!

Property is very close to most of the main attractions. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here with a group of 14 - four kids aged 5-9 and ten adults. Communication with the manager was great, instructions were easy to follow and the app was nice to have. We also loved that we could use the garage for our cars. The location was convenient - a short drive or Uber ride to downtown and a Kroger across the street. The property came with shampoo and conditioner, all the linens we needed, and had all of the kitchen essentials. The TV channel selection was not great so we had to sign into our streaming services but the Wi-Fi worked well. The walls are a bit thin and the pocket doors can be a little tricky, but no major issues or complaints!

Our family of 23 was able to enjoy our time together in the two townhomes side by side. At first we were uneasy about the location, but it turned out to be fine, and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Excellent stay in Nashville! We had 16 in our group, it was so nice having 2 townhouses next to each other. And walkable to good food and coffee. Also, right across the street from Kroger. House was very clean/ nice. I loved that we could text the company with any questions/requests. It was very convenient and they were very responsive.

Had a group of 11 friends meeting up for my husbands 40th birthday. This location was great with the units right next to one another and good space. The units were spacious, very clean upon arrival, loved the keyless entry with automatic locking after a couple minutes for a safety precaution and the texting resource with the Avantstay crew that was super responsive. Was a really good experience! You can tell it is in an area that has more units being built around the area amongst residential spots. For location, we were walking distance from a grocery store (literally across the street), Germantown spots like Butchertown Hall for a delicious dinner with a great vibe (probably 15 min. walk), Sonnys for chill sports bar with games and cool vibe (10 min walk), Mothers Ruin for cocktails (5 min walk). For Broadway, was probably 5-10 minute Uber Drive down an same with the Gulch.. Thanks for the great experience!

Worked out perfectly for a girls trip with 16 people! Great living spaces and comfy beds. The fridge door in one house was broken which was inconvenient (it beeped all the time) and some beds were doubles that were listed as queens. Overall, a great place for a large group!

It was a great place for 4 families. The property local team was very very responsive to our initial questions and requests. Loved having the attached garage as it is a transitioning area.

Great place for a big group. Plenty of beds and spacious house. All queen beds though. Location is a quick 5-10 min Uber ride to Broadway and that area.

Pictures of the property were pretty accurate. Place was clean. Check in was easy. Neighborhood was a little run down , but not horrible. Biggest complaint was the size of the beds. They seemed like doubles, not queens. Other than that we had a great trip.

Great place for the large group of us celebrating a birthday. Close to downtown Nashville. Would stay there again.

Wonderful location

We had the best experience staying here. The hosts were very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. The houses were clean and decorated cute! It was close to Broadway and everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
