A nice place with plenty of room for our group of 10.

Our stay at the lake was fantastic! The house is as pictured and is stocked with all basic necessities. The view of the lake was incredible. The dock with boat slip was great for fishing and to dock our boat. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Comfortable and beautiful property

Even with the lake super low was able to fully use the dock. House was plenty big for all of us. The pool table was the best one I have played on in a Vrbo. Overall awesome experience.

We had Christmas at this beautiful property. We made tamales for Christmas had plenty of room for our family tradition. Will be booking a summer trip.

Nice big house to spread out and relax with family. Enjoyed hanging out and talking. Only really used to sleep but plenty of tables to have a big dinner.

Family trip to celebrate parent's 50th Anniversary. Three generations - Eight adults and two children. Well equipped home with room for everyone to spread out. Location worked well for area attractions, Woods grocery store and taking in views of the Lake. Owner was able to accommodate shifting our booking by one day as our arrival was delayed due to a death in the family which was greatly appreciated. Home is showing its age but nothing that affected our stay. For mobility limited guests there is a bedroom with bathroom and another bathroom along with kitchen, dining and living room on the main level. However the shower is a tub combo so bring a suction cup handle or take other precautions. The bedrooms could benefit from some kind of nightstand power source. Bring a power strip or be prepared to get down behind furniture to plug in your chargers.

Nothing to complain about. Perfect location!

We had a group of 15 total 5 families. The house is very large and accommodated this large group well as everyone had their own rooms and space to move around. Everything we needed was there. The location of this house is on the main channel and deep water which was exactly what we were looking for. The big swimming deck was awesome and the kids and adults alike enjoyed it for many hours each day. There are steep steps to get down to the water but all different age groups in our party of many ages were able to navigate them well going down. The house does need some updates which I am sure the owner will do in time as it is not a brand new home and there is some wear and tear but the good price we got reflects this compared to others in the area. Over all our stay was enjoyable and we loved the location. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent on the main channel with deep water and for a large group.

We loved the location, house and dock!

We had a great stay. Enjoyed relaxing on the dock. Rented pontoon for 2 days. The house is near some many attractions: escape room, go-karts, hiking trails, distillery and so much more.

Our first time to Lake of the Ozarks and we loved it! We enjoyed the private dock and game nights as a family. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had 6 adults and 6 kids under 8 years old. This house was perfect for us. We rented the pontoon boat, swam and fished from the dock, watched the sun rise and set from the deck. Just a lovely place, conveniently located to all of the non-party-scene areas. 4 stars instead of 5 because the carpet and some of the furniture is pretty worn out. There were also a lot of dead bugs around, which is obviously better than live bugs! I think it just hadn’t been rented in a while and we were the ones to re-open it. We do this family thing every other year. We’re already planning to return to the same place.

Absolutely awesome. The property was exactly as listed which is rare in my experiences when trying to plan a large family event. The adult couples had a room to themselves with a private bathroom and the kids all shared the room with the bunk beds. Plenty of room for our whole crew! We loved the views of the lake and the wrap around porch was awesome! We are saving this as a favorite!

We had a really great stay at this house! The location was convenient to restaurants and visiting the "castle", although we only ate out once. The kitchen served our needs nicely the rest of the time. The views of the water were spectacular, and it was fun to watch the fog roll in and out. We had 3 couples, so really appreciated the 3 suites with private bathrooms. The downstairs rooms were unused, but very cute for kids, with a room that looks to be set up for boys and one for girls. This was a fun place to be even in cold weather. We spent most of our time in the dining area playing games at the large table, which worked perfectly for us. We received all the info we needed, and communication was good with the owner. I highly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the home was very spacious, just as described - with a beautiful view of the lake. There were multiple rooms to gather for games and family time, and bedrooms spread across 3 levels, so we never felt crowded. Everything was well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the view from the kitchen, and the decks overlooking the lake, which was peaceful during the off-season.

Highly recommend this property!

This was our first visit to the area, and it was beautiful! The house is a perfect set-up with 3 bedrooms w/en-suite bathrooms and 2 bunk rooms and bathroom on lower level. The area was clean and safe for our daily walks, and the neighbors were lovely. The location on the lake was nice for fishing and exploring, while not being in the main channel which would be much rougher. The boat dock worked for our rental boat, however, there is no lift at this location, so beware, as traffic can be rough on the weekends. Our only complaints were the bedding could use updating, the outside porch areas needed attention (house washing), and there were a few broken items. We left a note for the manager, and he responded within a day to say that they were being addressed. Overall, would highly recommend for family or couples getaways!

The house was great. 9 guys on a golf outing for 4 days. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. plenty of bathrooms. Great location.

The kitchen sink has leak and causes floor to be slick with water. Dock very old couldnt use the slip . The decks were very old and dangerous . The railings were very loose and should be reported. Stairs to the deck were unsafe and railings were broken and unsafe

Gorgeous views from every room! We had a wonderful time connecting with our family. The cousins had a chance to bond with a full week of living under the same roof. Special memories were made. It is a very lovely accommodation, we were very pleased to have found it for our family vacation. This was the first time renting a house in the Ozarks, we have always stayed at a resort. It was so private and it had everything we needed to enjoy a perfect stay. We appreciate everything the owners have done to update and accommodate their guests.

Our host Randy was amazing to work with. The property manager Ernie was also great to work with. We will definitely stay again if we vacation again at the Lake of The Ozark’s! We had 5 kids from 3-14 and 5 adults up to 72! Plenty of room, actually had room for a couple more. Thanks Randy!.

The lake house was perfect for our entire family! We enjoyed relaxing at the house and at the dock. The house was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in as a family. Randy was awesome and very welcoming and communicative. Definitely would consider staying again!! Thank you for creating a place for our first Ozark Lake experience to be a great experience.

The house was very roomy we had 6 adults and 6 kids (2-13) clean, pretty much equipped with everything we needed. Swimming off the dock was a big hit.
