Very central - two blocks from the start of the Goose Creek bike path. The location is great. Everything needed was there in the house. My daughter and I had a great stay!

Perfect charming home with nice kitchen and living room. Close to many hiking trails in the Boulder area as well as to night life. Really enjoyed our stay! Host is terrific and very responsive

The place was nice. I would recommend adding grab bars in the Shower Tub and next to the toilet I did go and purchase a suction cup grab bar and forgot it there but You should REMOVE it as it could be a lability issue. I would install a more secure style grab bar.

The home is in a great location. Walked 20 minutes to Pearl Street. Two miles from campus. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Great location to enjoy Boulder. Priced appropriately in the market. It was just the fellas this trip so didn’t need or expect anything fancy. Everything worked in the house and really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay again.

This house was exactly what I expected. It’s an older home in Boulder, and perfectly clean. Check in and check out are made to be super easy. No complaints and we would definitely stay again.

This place has a good location and is clean but sub par in comparison to my 12 plus years of other honeawat and VRBO rentals. Uncomfortable furnishings. Broken toilet seat, hole in the wall. Broken mirror, peeling grout, cheap slvedding and towels. I’ve stayed in plenty of old places where things didn’t all work but were decorated with love or highly functional places without the best amenities. This one was ok, but disappointing on both and seemed poorly done for the price. Below expectations I think this is my first rating that isn’t a 5/5.

This property was perfect since Pearl st. was less than 10 minutes away and Chautauqua only took about 12 minutes or less. I came here with my boyfriend and we had a great time relaxing on the property and exploring the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys quiet environments and hiking.

Perfect long or short-term rental - has everything you’d want
I stayed for several weeks with my husband, and could not have asked for a better experience. Rui was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even making sure the walkway and drive way were shoveled promptly when there was snow.
The listing is completely accurate - we frequently walked downtown and to nearby restaurants, but also had everything in the kitchen if we wanted to cook at home (pots, pans, etc.)
Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Boulder!
