Pros: The place was very clean, a great location to downtown, and quiet. My kids enjoyed being in the loft.
Cons: The main bed was very firm and the cooking equipment was only adequate (warped frying pan, lacking in measuring cups/spoons). But these may not be an issue for everyone.

One night stay. Everything a family needs. Easy and efficient. Great communication from owner.

The property was sufficient for our purposes. We stayed one night while traveling through. The property beds were comfortable and it was easy to get a good nights rest. Thank you for hosting!

Newton's Nest exceeded expectations. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here - as comfortable as home! And everything we needed - including the convention center where I attended an event - was within a 10-minute drive. Publix, Walmart, Walgreens were just 3 minutes from the house. I hope to be back again next year! 5 Stars... or more!

Our stay was perfect! The property is so adorable! Our first two nights we didn’t hear our neighbors but the last night there we could which made us feel bad for when our dog would be noisy. Very clean. Host easy to talk to. No problems getting in the door. And for ETSU events it was the absolute best location! Thank you! Highly recommend!

It was clean, quiet, and our 5 year old grandson had a blast in the loft. He loved having his own space. Would definitely stay again

We come to JC at least 6 times a year to visit family. 6 year old grandson loved the loft and husband enjoyed no stairs. I’m looking forward to non rainy weekend to enjoy outdoor area. Close to conveniences yet quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to next visit

The Nest was the perfect place for our family (including our four legged children). We were there for a visit to ETSU for my daughter. We loved the layout! The kids were able to be upstairs in their own little bubble. There was enough space to not feel cramped. It was clean and there was EVERYTHING we needed there. We will definitely be coming back, because ETSU is where my daughter will be going in 2025.

This property was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies we needed to make dinners when we wanted to stay in and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. We stayed here while we were moving my daughter down to live. It was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Clean property with all the amenities a hotel room cannot provide. It's located in a great spot to get to area attractions quickly, and is in a quiet neighborhood. The old dog across the street is a sweetheart.

We were in town for Parents weekend at ETSU and brought our two small dogs with us. This place was absolutely amazing. It was so clean and had everything you could want for a weekend stay. We will definitely be back. I would recommend this charming place to anyone!!

We loved this place. Perfect little quiet back deck. Nice house. Quiet neighborhood feel, but just a mile or so to the Walmart and restaurants.
Owner was extremely quick with communication to address all of our needs. Will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a good time staying at this location. Perfect for visiting tri-cities and surrounding areas. Bed was comfy. Will come again when in area.

The property was absolutely charming and loved the setup of the space! It was also SO clean and well stocked. Loved watching a movie and drinking tea/coffee. Would definitely return here for another visit! Thank you so much!!!

Newton’s Nest was more than expected and Tiffany and Scott were excellent host! Not only was everything pristine when we walked in but the Nest had everything we needed. Tiffany and Scott was very quick to answer any questions we had and being new to the area we had a few! The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We loved relaxing on the deck in the cool Tennessee evenings where , can’t wait till we can visit again.

Spent two weeks in JC. Very nice spot, convenient to most everything in the area. Clean, quite with everything one needs. Excellent communication from the hosts. Would stay here again.

Family visit
house was very clean and cute. Beds were very comfortable, couch not so much. suggestions need toothbrush holder in bathroom, laundry basket, and dish drainer. Overall very pleased with place. Would def. stay again.
