Everything was perfect and made being away from home so easy.

Came in for a concert at Red Rock. This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Would absolutely stay again and probably will.

This spot was only 15min from the wedding venue. Very nice neighborhood and close to local stores and eateries.

Both Grandmothers stayed for a wonderful family time!

The condo was very roomy and comfortable. We were only there to sleep as we were visiting family. The only negative thing I would say is that the livingroom furniture was a little old and was a little difficult for my 85 year old Mom to get out of. Other than that the beds were extremely comfortable.

The place is straight up one of the most clean and most comfortable places I’ve ever booked. The area was very quiet and we had quick access to any place, including an hour drive to the Rocky Mountains! The host was very responsive and they were able to help my friend and I with anything we needed. Thank you to the host for your wonderful hospitality.

Very clean. Full kitchen , 2 baths. Plenty of towels . My sister and husband stayed . Wonderful location. Will stay there again if available!

This condo was excellent. It had all the amenities needed, it is a bottom unit so it stayed very cool throughout the day. Great location with lots of things close by and a lake right across the street. The owners were great communicators and the check in process was very smooth. Would definitely stay again.

This property is conveniently located, and felt like a pretty safe neighborhood. We really appreciated having a full 2 bed/2 bath condo, for a price comparable to getting a hotel room. The host was very responsive and addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately. The only fault I would note would be what I believe other reviews may have mentioned as well. The condo could use some updating. The carpet and the couches are probably due to be replaced. They should maybe also revise where they keep all of the bedding. They ask that you make beds upon arrival and strip beds at departure. I don’t have a problem with this, but the washing machine is small, so only one mattress protector or comforter can be washed at one time. What happens then is that the laundry piles up. When we checked in, there was laundry in the washer, and the dryer, and piled up on the floor next to the machine. There was still plenty of clean bedding in the closets, but seemed odd and not overly professional to need to deal with other’s laundry during our stay… Still, for what we paid, I would still take this over a hotel room any day.

This was a perfect spot for our stay !! It was centrally located for us to visit family and see the sites ! The condo had absolutely everything we needed and was clean we will definitely be back !!!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed and hostess/cleaning lady did their best to solve a couple of minor issues we had. The only negative comments I have on this property are: 1. Lockbox is ancient and extremely hard to figure out and use. Self check in/out method seriously needs an update. 2. Making you wash sheets and towels is not right, especially since nowhere on the post does it warn you you'll be asked to do it and "failure to do it may result in you being charged"

Overall the experience was great. The property was perfect for our group. There was several little things that were broke and not working but overall that did not affect our stay.

Overall a good place to stay. Min. About of items pots pan glasswear etc. Also non matching. But seeing we only tried to cook breaksfast for 4 it was ok?? Good neighbors. But tons of goose poop So be careful where you walk or sit.

Place was clean and conveniently located. We had no negative issues during our stay. Plenty of washcloths.

Location was good for us. Close to I-70. Nice location to outdoor walking areas and parks. Parking easy and convenient. Interior was dirty. Wall splattered with who knows what in the kitchen, bathrooms and hallway. The high chair was filthy. Pack’n play appeared to be new and clean. Old, dated, worn out couches, and carpet. Unit smelled old and musty, tried to mask this with plug in air fresheners. Limited essentials. No shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, or basic kitchen condiments(salt, pepper, sugar, coffee). Limited cooking utensils, glasses, wine glasses, cork screw, dishwasher soap, dish soap. Contact and internet WiFi connection posted in the unit was not accurate. Posted contact info in the unit for the owner was not accurate, therefore the owner did not respond to complaints that were submitted via text. Due to our transitional housing situation this was a location and setup that worked for our situation, but would not give a good recommendation.

Was ready to leave first day. First we could not get into our condo, host gave us wrong key code. No wash cloths had to go buy some. Hole in sheet on guest bed. Master Bed had a fake black fingernail in the bed coverings. The fridge had the ice maker removed. The only positives was the walk trail around the pond and the location. We will not stay here again.
