Loved the feel of the entire place. Enjoyed it! Location wasn't the best, but wasn't the worse. Reasonable price for what we got, good value. I would stay again.

The cabin was beautiful and clean. We loved the atmosphere and the setting of the cabin. It was approximately 20 minutes out of Gatlinburg after the light turn. Nice roads.We even saw a bear. Only thing needed are safety handles in the tub area. The step down was high.

We were moved here after our original booking was canceled due to an air conditioning mishap. We loved this cabin and especially being able to park directly in front and walk right in. New comfy furnishings and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the hot tub on the private screened in porch. Even though there were cabins all around, it felt private. We loved the pool area and visited it many times. The kitchen could use more mixing bowls, serving dishes etc. Sparse toiletries provided so bring your own. About a 25 minute drive to DT Gatlinburg but felt pretty quick. Nice grocery store and definitely eat at Trish’s Diner. Would stay again!

What a wonder cabin and accompanying resort. This quiet little cabin resort is the perfect get-away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. If you are looking to visit this area and be literally on the edge of the Smoky National Park, look no further. Its a 10 min drive to Gatlinburg and only 5 mins from hiking trails. Our cabin was great. Probably the cleanest rental we have stayed at in over ten years. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean and relaxing hot tub....the list goes on. We will definitely be staying here in the future. General FYI, the pool area was not open yet due to our late winter visit but looked like a fun place to hang out in the summer. Also be aware they are still in the process of building another section of cabins on the resort, so there is some construction equipment on the premise.

Due to some very unexpected, unavoidable, and unfortunate circumstances, we encountered some changes to our weekend plans. As if that wasn't disappointing enough-Vacasa who manages this rental property was zero help. Not to mention RUDE & INSENSITIVE. Talk about a lack of customer care/customer service. We were travelling with numerous other families, and we were literally the only family who ran into this issue. Every other rental company was helpful & accommodating. Never again will I book a property that is managed by Vacasa.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was very Very clean and cozy with great location. also loved the hot tub. We weren't able to get the fireplace to turn on , ever after lighting the pilot! Would have loved that since it got chilly the last night

When we arrived we didn’t have any hot water and half of our electric didn’t work. We contacted management and instead of sending maintenance they had us flip breakers ourselves which is fine but unprofessional. They didn’t get our hot water fixed until midday the next day. Our cabin was exactly `as presented` in VRBO and everything we hoped it would be. Perfect layout, kitchen, amenities, hot tub, large rooms, ample TVs. Good location. Great cabin, clean, well stocked with the basics and in a quiet location not too far from all the attractions. Great size for our family of 6. WiFi was spotty but it was to be expected. Hot tub was great and used nightly. Loved the convenience of outdoor grills too. The only complaint was no chairs on the front porch (every other cabin had them). The entire cabin and location of the cabin was absolutely amazing and so very accommodating. We will definitely be returning. The only complaint I had was not getting clean shower curtain liners (the plastic liner that goes on the inside of the tub) I could tell that the liner was from previous uses and it kinda grossed me out. I’m aware that it must be expensive to buy new liners every time you rent the space but it’s kinda gross having your guest reuse them from previous users especially during a time like now with Covid. I think if hotels can be gracious enough to provide new liners so can Airbnb owners, just saying. Other than that beautiful, beautiful stay, lovely area we had a blast and didn’t want to leave. The photos were representative and the cabin was clean and in very good order. I would offer the following feedback for improvement:
Provide TV operating instructions
The kitchen smallware selection is not up to par. The unit sleeps 6, but there were only 6 plates, small plates, etc. This was not quite an issue for the 2 of us, but for a larger group, it means washing dishes after every meal. Also - there were no sufficient bowls for meal prep, no measuring cups or spoons, no baking dishes, etc. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors are not closing properly. The kitchen sink doesn`t have adequate pressure. Overall, I would stay at this location again and be very happy, but would bring other kitchen items as needed. If the guest is eating every meal out, this place is great but if cooking in (and especially with 6 people), the kitchen situation is subpar compared to comparable cabins / homes I have stayed in in the past. We loved our stay. The cabin was super clean and still smells like a new place. Great place if you have dust allergies because it has wood floors throughout. My family enjoyed the property. Everything in the pics is what you see wjfn you get there. We had a problem with the WiFi but it didn`t take away from the experience. Quiet area. Not far from enterntaient. I wish the dumpsters were closer for trash. Would book this property again. Also the owners were very responsive when I reached out.
