This place was perfect. Four ladies on shopping excursion. Short drive or Uber to town. Cute Italian restaurant a half a block away. Live music. Their patio was perfect to sit and have a few cocktails. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing weekend in Fairhope staying at a very welcoming home with a one block walk to beautiful views at the bay and a nice walking/running/biking trail. Particularly appreciated the great screened in porch for enjoying downtime!

Wonderful place to stat

My husband and I were visiting friends in the area. We selected the home because of the location and outdoor space. We enjoyed having the ability to walk to watch the sunset. The house had everything we needed.

I'd love to give a bad review to keep this nugget a secret and to myself. 😉 BUT, I'd be lying. We were in town for Mobile Mardi Gras. (We stayed in Unit A) We decided to change it up some and stay in Fairhope, because we love shopping in the quaint little town. The bay is a short walk and can be seen from the yard. Absolutely a fabulous place! The attention to detail in the home was outstanding. They had everything we could have needed. Im excited just typing this because we cant wait to go back! Oh oh oh! The front screened in porch! Yall! You will spend 90% of your time there. Trust me! Thank you Chris!

Our group of 6 colleges friends has been traveling together annually for the last 20 years, and this home in Fairhope checked all of our boxes. The online description matches the real thing exactly. It’s clean and well appointed with fun decor and a great screened porch. The location is excellent, close to both the bay and downtown restaurants and shopping. We’d stay here again without question!

House was amazing! Peaceful and quiet & everything there that you could need. Owners were super responsive and gracious throughout our stay and we would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a bayside location with quick access to town. Five stars!!

I am so impressed with the property. Will stay again when in the area. From the screened porch to the kitchen we were all wowed.

First getaway in over 4 years and this was sophistication that felt every bit as grand as the Grand Hotel but more private and intimate for our short trip. We loved hanging out in the screened veranda. The bold deco style decor was a treat and well done in a small space. Location is close to everything. Gambino’s is a must-delicious crab claws and eggplant parmigiana! Two Sisters was great for breakfast-had it twice, cause why go anywhere else. Shopping at 7 South, Duke’s, CK Collection, and M&F Casuals. All high end boutiques with great hospitality. The Book INN for great selection of gently used books, organized and easy to shop. Walks on the pier and a day at the Grand Hotel and tour of the USS Alabama. We will come back to Fairhope and would love to stay here again.

Fairhope is a beautiful town and this cottage is situated perfectly near town, the water and Point Clear. We loved the comfy and well designed interior. Would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was so amazing! This place was so cute for a week/weekend getaway if you need a break. The hosts were so sweet and attentive. Would definitely reserve again!!

My husband and I rented both house A and house B for our daughter’s bridesmaids this past weekend. The houses were spectacular. The perfect spot to relaxbefore during and after the wedding.. They were spacious and intimate at the same time. We highly recommend for your next visit to Fairhope!

Excellent property. Highly recommend. We had a wedding in the church across the street. It was so convenient. I’m from the area but it was still fun to come home and fairhope is a wonderful place to visit.

Beautifully designer decorated interior that wowed us at every turn. Everything appeared to be newly placed. We did have to borrow a large skillet from the ajoining unit; but many other items were provided that we have not experienced in other rental properties. Quiet neighborhood; great for walking down to see the sunset! Not far from town. I never got a direct contact number from the owner/manager. Fortunately, we had no issues. However, having had a listing myself in previous years; things can happen and it would be a good idea to be able to call someone if needed. Overall , most favorable. Would definately return and recommend highly!

This is a lovely, recently renovated home (duplex) in the Fruit and Nut District. Upscale and interesting furniture and fittings. Wonderful screened in porch with swing and fireplace. Very short distance to the bay and the sunsets. Little longer walk to downtown but liked that it was not directly downtown. Very responsive owners. Highly recommend.

This property has beautiful atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.
