Couldn’t have asked for better! We had a short stay and wish we could have stayed for a very long time! The sound of the river alone was incredible.

This is a beautiful cabin. Extremely clean and wonderful bedrooms. Each bedroom has a master bathroom so much privacy for all 4 couples. The deck overlooks the river so we spent most of our time here.

This home was perfect for our family getaway. Four master bedrooms each with its ensuite bathroom! The setting was perfect, secluded yet close to. Gatlinburg, the national park and more. The view from both large decks of the river were perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The host was very responsive to questions. My husband's only regret was that he didn't bring his whitewater kayak because there was a perfect surfing wave on the river right in front of the home. He and my grandson did enjoy the quiet pool of water down the steps to the left and we all enjoyed the hot tub.

Gorgeous property and great for all ages. The location is so close to Gatlinburg and we couldn’t have asked for a better location for nature and relaxation.

Thankful to have enjoyed our week at this beautiful river paradise. We had fun exploring the river ..of course with our river shoes and sitting on the balcony every chance we had. The kids played pool for hours and enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin is not too far from town and at the same time private from the hustle and bustle. The host was attentive to be sure we were settled in and readily available. Definitely very pleased with our stay.

The perfect home for our vacation with kids and grandkids! We’re an outdoorsy bunch, so we loved exploring the property, playing in the river, and the close proximity to the national park. We also drove to Anakeesta and did a couple of things in Gatlinburg…all a very easy, short drive. After our fun-filled days we’d relax in the hot tub and play pool in the game room. The owners were great to work with, and I’m so grateful they shared their vacation home with us!

My family and I loved the cabin! The river was beautiful and the cabin was clean, Kristi was very attentive also. Wifi worked really well too! The steps to the spot where you could swim were pretty slippery though so I would be careful.

My family was thrilled with this cabin. The layout was perfect, with 4 king size bedrooms, a huge games room and plenty of space for us to enjoy our time. Loved the pool table, hot tub and the huge veranda’s, where we enjoyed the sound of the river. Home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Kristi was a wonderful host, who checked in with us regularly, This home is a 15-30 minute scenic drive to all key attractions. We will definitely come back!!

Great property! The house was beautiful and the surroundings were lovely. Our family spent 4 nights there and had so much fun. After full days at Dollywood we enjoyed playing in the river and s’mores by the fire pit. Thanks for a memorable vacation. We will be back!

What a great place to stay in. We really loved sitting out back and enjoying the view and the sounds of the River rushing along. The place exceeded our expectations and was exactly as explained in the listing.

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful, secluded yet convenient to everything. The sound of the river is intoxicating! Our family had the best time together! So much so, we stayed an extra day! Highly recommend and the host was incredible to work with! My family will be back again!!!

The cabin was amazing. Perfect secluded location, but a quick drive to all the activities. Floor plan was perfect for our family with young kids and grandparents. Kristi was great to communicate with and the perfect host. Can't wait for a return trip!

We love that eaxh bedroom has its own full bathroom as well as balcony access! Always one of our musts when we travel! The river view was beautiful and perfect for family pictures!

This house is in a very nice secluded area next to a river. The house was clean and is a great place for friends and family to spend a few days.

We enjoyed staying at this house very much! The location was great and the sounds of the river were soothing. It would have been perfect if it was a little cleaner from small debri on the stairs/floors and cobwebs inside. The lights on the top back porch didn't work and a couple of loose handles/door knobs need attention. Despite these minor issues, we will definitely consider renting here again.

It’s not usual that a vacation house exceeds our expectations but this one did! The house is beautiful and clean. Our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) had more than enough room to spread out. The best part is the view and sound of the river. We hope to come back in the summer!

Beautiful property close to national park and Gatlinburg!

This was the perfect place for our family's mountain weekend. The house is in a beautiful location. You can relax in peace by the river, but you're only a short drive from lots of great attractions. The house was extremely clean and well appointed. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 with big bedrooms and bright, spacious bathrooms. The kids loved the game room, and of course the hot tub was a big hit. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a mountain getaway!

STOP!! THIS IS THE CABIN YOU WANT! We immensely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. The river was the highlight of our stay and hearing the sound of the river constantly was very relaxing. We so enjoyed the beautiful setting that we canceled our activities we had planned so we could just stay at the house and spend our time together as a family. The house was very clean and has plenty of room. The beds are super comfortable and there is plenty of hot water! 🙂 Kristi was very helpful and quick to respond. We already want to go back and hope to in the future

Quiet, spacious property near the Smokies! Close to downtown Gatlinburg and hiking trails. Fully equipped kitchen. Fire pit was perfect for 4 people.

My family and some friends stayed at this property in Sept 2022. We had 7 people ranged from 17 years old to 50. We all had a blast there was a lot to do at the property with exploring the river, fishing, going in the hot tub and also inside playing pool and just hanging out. The location is great easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would all recommend this property.

The property is close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge that it’s a short trip to go have some fun but it is far enough away and secluded so we could relax and enjoy some quiet time.

This property was simply lovely! The rooms were spacious, and the views were spectacular! Close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Great place to relax and spend time with family.

Fun getaway with the family. Kristi made it easy and stress free. Wonderful owner that wanted to make sure our stay was great. We spent most of our time tubing in the upper river. The river directly behind us was a little rough due to all the rain in the area - although we did see some daredevils rip down it, which was cool to watch. Great little town. Great spot if you are going to take advantage of river activities. We fished, swam and tubed.

A quiet house for a beautiful family retreat. The river was spectacular. The house is secluded enough to have quiet moments but close enough to enjoy the Smokies!

This property was truly a hidden gem! Great location for privacy yet close enough to the action. Very secluded with outstanding views. The river was a bonus! We stayed with family, including teens. Never bored. Great pool/family room and hot tub to end our family days! The bedrooms were large, spacious and beautifully furnished as was the entire home. The hosts were the best! The river being right there was everything for my family. We were out there everyday. There was a great spot to swim just up the road and then we could float back to the house. The house was spacious and gave us plenty of room. We love the remoteness of not having someone right next to us and seeing any traffic. Even the fact that the phones didn't work all that great didn't bother the younger ones, there was so much to do outside. I'm glad we brought bug candles! Beds are good, porches and chairs outside are great. It was a very hot week for this early in the year, and the ac worked great to keep us cool at night (always a plus) Only issue we had was trash and Krisiti responded the same day to send someone over.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. There was 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids ages 5-13. There was plenty of space and things to keep the kids busy. We had 1 minor issue when we first arrived, and Kristi got back to us immediately and it was handled. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the decks listening to the river. I would highly recommend staying here and I'm hoping we can go back.
