Fabulous views and location. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was also well stocked with those little items you may have forgotten to bring on holiday! Very pet friendly and the hosts were super helpful. Highly recommend.

The property was spotless and well appointed. The location is excellent and only a short stroll to all ammenities.
Beds were very comfortable and the view wonderful. The courtyard out the back sunny and sheltered.

Very clean & well maintained. Though we don’t have a fur baby right now, I appreciate that the owners are pet-friendly. The place was so squeaky clean you’d never know!

Very convenient location within walking distance to the Lake and Town Centre. The place got everything we needed for family holiday. Pet friendly is a bonus for us. We have a great time staying at this place and will come back again next time we visit Wanaka.

We had 5 nights here. The unit is exactly as described with everything required for our stay. While there were only 2 of us the unit easily accommodates 4 people. Lovley sunny courtyard, great to have use of the garage as well. Location is very close to town. We would definitely stay there again.

Bo”s batch is the cosiest place we have ever stayed.
The fire place warms up the entire house perfectly, the beds are comfortable, the couches are huge and the place could not be cleaner.
All the essentials are there with a drying room downstairs in the huge garage, ample fire wood, heaters throughout plus aircon but these were not really needed as the fire place does the whole house.
The location is what really makes this place though, right in the heart of Wanaka. We could not have been more centrally located for our stay.
Restaurants only steps away, small convenience stores and a short walk to the lake.
We would not look for another rental in Wanaka…

Loved our stay here. The property was clean, inviting and well set up with great views. Easy walk to lake and all the restaurant in Wanaka. Plenty of firewood for the fireplace ensured a cosy environment in winter. Kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Overall, a great stay in Wanaka

A lovely experience in a lovely home. Plenty of space and well equipped - with very easy access into Wanaka and the town centre! A few shops and restaurants just around the corner make it very easy to manage food and drink needs!

We had to make last minute changes to our trip due to a cyclone on the north island. Nikki was quick to respond. The apartment is clean with a very well stocked kitchen. Location is perfect only a few minutes to the lake and super markets within walking distance.

This place is very good! Great location on the edge of town, quiet but close to the lake and shops. Nice views from the lounge. Comfortable beds, good shower. Some of the furnishings are a bit basic.

We really enjoyed our stay here - house was very well organised, functional and conveniently located (could walk down to the lake or anywhere in central Wanaka in minutes) and had everything we needed for a comfortable family skiing week away. We slept well in good beds, kitchen was set-up for cooking and dining at home, lounge was ideal for lounging with ample couches, games, new television, wifi, books, stereo etc. Plenty of garage space and a drying room for all of the sporting equipment. We didn't want for anything and would certainly book again.

Perfectly situated to enjoy Wanaka. Stroll to cafes and town, close to lake walks and handy to ski fields. It really is all you need, wonderfully comfortable, loved the wood burner, great kitchen, comfortable beds and beautifully presented and clean. Look forward to staying in summer when we can enjoy the outdoor patio also! Looking forward to our next stay!!

The property is a short walk from the shops and restaurants and had everything we needed for our family of 4 on a ski holiday. Lovely view of the mountains too. Good value for money.

Place was very clean and tidy. Best part was the wonderful view of the mountains. Beds were very comfortable. The house is so close to restaurants Host was very responsive to our queries.
