Working with Deily was so easy. The house was wonderful and overall would highly recommend for a group of 7-8 to stay!

The house has the perfect location. The house itself is really big and comfortably fit my family and friends. Lots of space and really cool decor. The beds were comfy and there were fun amenities (pool table, pool, sauna (we didn’t use), big living room, parking spaces/ garage, big kitchen area, etc.). The host even let me check in early and check out late with no additional charges. However… it did not live up to the expectations I had for the price I paid. Upon arrival, the place was dirty…. The backyard pool was filthy (bottom of pool and on the top). It was windy that week in LA, but the pool and backyard looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I wasn’t comfortable swimming in it at all. I also paid extra to have the pool heated and it wasn’t cleaned nor heated upon arrival. The house barely had any towels and they weren’t comfy to use. We found open cans in the garage and food still left in the fridge. I found chips in the couch and a moth in bed the master suite bedroom…. makes me wonder if the place was cleaned at all. I mentioned the issues to the owner and she apologized and was nice on the phone. She offered the pool guy and cleaning lady to show up the next day but they showed up later than the host said they would. She gave me a refund for the pool heating ($60) but that too was also a few days late… The house is beautiful and has great potential but was not worth the price paid.

PROS: The location is central and the house itself is large, we were able to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. CONS: The home was not cleaned upon our arrival, at least, to our standards-- hair was in the shower, random debris was under the beds, the pool needed to be skimmed, and our feet were black after walking around the house barefoot. We wondered when the property was last inspected for that matter, door handles broke off with use, some electrical outlets were loose, kitchen knives were severely chipped, and walls were chipped throughout the home. We alerted the property manager of our concerns after our 3-day stay, and they assured us that these things would be fixed for the future. Ultimately, this rental might pass if you're a large group of friends looking for a place to crash in LA; It's a deal if you're splitting the cost among 5 or more people. Otherwise, we would not recommend this home for families, it's not worth the price for the amenities that are provided.

Ideal location right off Sunset! Spacious house was perfect for 5 couples! Deily was a fantastic host, great communication throughout the process and stay. We will be back!

Great layout, child friendly (as long as you block the stairs), lots of space to spread out for two families with three young children. The backyard and pool are definitely the highlight of the property, and where we spent nearly our entire stay! Easy check-in and check-out, great host communication!

This house was perfect for a friends trip. We especially loved the outdoor space and spent lots of time out there! Deily was very responsive and easy-to-reach, which was greatly appreciated.

Had such an amazing stay at this property. It's less than a block away from the best part of the Sunset strip, so incredibly convenient to walk or take a short ride to the best spots. The home itself is beautiful and was very comfortable for our group. The pool was lovely and there was a ton of patio furniture to lounge in. Great communication from the host Deily as well!
