Traci was an excellent host. Her 3 bedroom home is recently remodeled and boasts brand new furniture, fixtures, bedding and linens. Great location and we very much enjoyed getting to visit our son for family weekend at UM.

Modern and very comfortable. Nice back yard and open living space made it easy for our family to enjoy time together. Very clean. More importantly was how easy it was communicating with Traci. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This is one of the nicest properties we've stayed at. Remarkably clean and bright, updated and pleasing decor. The neighborhood is a mix of newer/remodeled properties and older homes, but very quiet. We would consider staying there again.

All you need in a sweet little place. Close to everything that matters, clean, and the owner was super responsive to a couple little things that came up. Would book again.

This was a very clean and comfortable stay. We were at a family function and it was very easy to get to all the different locations we needed to.

This place was perfect for our family of 4 adults to stay! We enjoyed our time together in the spacious, open living area downstairs and had our own super comfortable beds and plenty of pillows that made for great sleep. Everything was very well stocked, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, which was much appreciated. It was absolutely immaculate - super clean, well organized, and thoughtfully furnished. Traci was incredibly helpful, kind, and always very quick to respond. Great experience in every way!

I booked Traci’s VRBO for me and my family who all came in town for my sister’s graduation from UM. What a great place! Traci was super responsive, the house was immaculate (and also filled with great little perks like a drawer of board games, comfortable patio, Keurig, book of restaurant recommendations etc). When my plans changed and I needed to extend my stay, fortunately the place was still open and Traci extended my stay for 1 night. I would definitely recommend this VRBO for any family or large group!

Great rental property. Spotless, well-stocked, nicely decorated, Traci is very responsive. Highly recommend with the caveat that if you're a runner or have active older children, neighborhood isn't as pedestrian friendly as the area closer to the college.

My husband & I were in Missoula for 11 days for the birth or our Grandchild... the " Townhouse on Strand" was comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated and centrally located... The hosts were easy and efficient to communicate with; the property was as promised with lots of little extras.

Traci, the host, was easy to communicate with and the house was perfectly set up for our family of 5. Clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked, even coffee creamers and coffee! Cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed.Washer and dryer full size. Quiet neighborhood.. Keyless locks, so easy to check in and out. Would love to stay here again on our travels to Missoula.

Clean and new property to stay in close to all of Missoula’s sights. Traci was the perfect host to this beautiful townhouse that is newly constructed and very tastefully decorated. Property contained all we needed for a great week. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Missoula house. Everything was as the pictures showed. The host was great and easy accessible although we had absolutely no issues with the place. The backyard couches on the deck were a huge plus in the evening when the sun went down.

All-around great place. Very comfortable, clean, quiet neighborhood. Super cute rental. Owner was great about communication and very pleasant.

We had a memorable stay.....ultra clean property with so many details that made staying there easy.....but it was the owner who worked with us to accommodate some last minute changes that really made the trip.....can not recommend too highly

The townhouse was perfect for our group of 6 attending a wedding. The apartment is clean, comfortable and located close to many wonderful sites in downtown Missoula. We took a day trip to Glacier National Park which was spectacular. The property owner was responsive and took the extra step to install air conditioning units when the temperatures were quite warm, so the apartment climate was comfortable. Great location for this property. Less than an hour to all the major waters. Close to downtown. Property was recently renovated and was very comfortable. It had four beds which was hard to find. King, Queen and two twins. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay there again.

This place is new, spotless, and has everything you need. Awesome back deck for hanging out in comfort. Traci was easy to connect with on the details and check in.

Very clean place! My friends and I enjoyed playing Yahtzee (supplied by the host) in the shaded backyard. There was no a/c, but A LOT of fans. Convenient to downtown and Kettlehouse Ampitheater. We had a good time.

Everything we needed for our family to enjoy our get together. The home was very nicely finished with plenty of room for us.

Property was very well appointed. Very clean. Perfect for my wife and I and brother and sister-in-law. Proactive communication in advance of our stay by the property owner. We will try and rent again on a future visit to Missoula

2nd bathroom shower did not have hot water. Otherwise the experience was really good. No other complaints.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and serene place to stay in Missoula, this is it. The hosts have recently renovated their townhome, and it’s clear they put a ton of thought and effort into checking off all the boxes to create a perfect vacation rental experience. Some highlights include comfortable beds, good quality linens, a spacious and well-appointed kitchen, large tv’s in every room, generous and comfortable seating in the living and dining rooms, and keyless entry. If you need to be in walking distance, this might not be the place for you because it’s about a ten-minute drive to downtown and campus. But if you want a quiet night’s sleep in a residential neighborhood, then choose this property. As of May 2022, the home is new to VRBO, and having been a long-time VRBO owner, I was thoroughly impressed!
