We had a great vacation and the home was beautiful! Any questions asked were answered within minutes! We had 4 adults and 6 teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is exactly as advertised and was very clean! We would definitely recommend this property!! Thank you, Robert!

We held a work offsite here and the house was absolutely perfect. We had separate rooms for the entire team; we cast our PC to the large screen TV for presentations; Target was in walking distance for errands; easy for Uber and Door Dash pickup, we and enjoyed evening fun in the game room and hot tub.

This home was exactly how it was listed. The home was beautiful and spacious!! I put in a service request and it was handled immediately. Communication was prompt. We had a wonderful stay.

Home was great, communication with owner was great, and a great area to stay. Only problem was the check in process to get a gate pass. Also, the water park shown is not in the same area as the home. I would definitely stay again.

Where do I begin, this property was so beautiful and nice. It was a total of 16 of us and we had more than enough room. Very clean, the house was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, etc. I have no complaints!! The owner Robert went above and beyond for any concerns or needs. I love the fact if you email him he email right back. We also had enough chairs and sitting room around the pool. I highly recommend!!! I will be returning to this property.

We had an amazing 7 day stay at Robert’s villa! We had 15 in our group and we were all very comfortable. The home was spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The pictures do not do it justice! We go on vacation in Orlando every year and this by far has been our best vacation rental. The pool and spa were both perfect, and the home’s location was even better. It is literally 1 min from target and dozens of restaurants and stores on 192. Although we didn’t do Disney this trip, this home is very close to Disney world (maybe 15 mins). The home is managed by the owner Robert, and he was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. Definitely recommend booking this villa! We will be back!

This is the best stay I have ever had. The home was very clean and fully equipped with everything. Towels, dishes. Cleaning supplies and more. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool as well as the game room. I was so shocked because everything works!!!!! I don’t think I wanna rent any where else. Omg and the parking is amazing and enough for everyone. I also love the fact they have trash pick up every day!!!book here!!! You won’t regret!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. We had 6 small children 1-7. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on-site. The safety net going into the pool was nice to have. The house provided a pac n play for the baby and plenty of beds for the littles to stay together. Plenty on hot water for all of us to get ready. Close to all Disney resorts. The kitchen was well stocked. When I inquired about them having a crockpot, the host said he was having one delivered the 2nd day of our stay. The host was always reachable and responded in a timely manner with questions.

I rented this property for a surprise getaway for my daughter’s 16th birthday. Multiple extended family members came for the 4-day weekend and it was perfect! The house was very clean and spacious. We didn’t go to Disney but there were more than enough activities in the house/resort to keep us busy and wishing we could stay longer. Will definitely be back!

The home is perfect for a large group. We had 10 adults and 5 children. There is a great game room and pool. Close to all the Disney attractions. Home in excellent condition, and the owner was very helpful.

Robert and Neesha were excellent communicators about the rental details, booking, and being available during our stay. The check-in and checkout process so well organized and smooth! In addition they gave us a plethora of information to make our stay comfortable. The rental property itself was true to description, clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable! We had more than enough room, and could have easily shared the space with another family or two! My 4 kids, ages 8 to 15, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental property! It was close to Walt Disney World theme parks, restaurants, outlet malls and grocery stores! We could’ve literally walked to Target! In addition, we felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. My kids even enjoyed treats from the ice cream truck that came through the neighborhood! Kids were able to have fun in the pool and my husband and I enjoyed some quiet time in the hot tub in the evenings. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast and a few meals during our visit! My boys enjoyed the mini soccer field down the street, and although we did not utilize the community pool and playground, I can see how this would be convenient and fun for other families! Last, but not least, the price of this rental property for the value is amazing! Would definitely return, and would highly recommend this rental property to other families visiting Disney or other Orlando area attractions!

The house was also very clean and everyone had more than enough room to spread out and have a nice vacation. We had difficulty getting the house cool in the beginning of our stay but the owner was very responsive and helped troubleshoot to solve the problem. A check in book with instructions on how to operate the washer (which was tricky to navigate at first), the hot tub etc might be a welcome addition. Maybe even include local suggestions for family fun. Also some of the remote and game room batteries need replacement. Otherwise everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay again!

This house is amazing ! Big enough for lots of families ! Grandkids loved playroom area and so did the rest of us ! Pool and hot tub was a big hit for everyone also! Only a 10 to 15 minute drive to Disney parks! Lots of stores and places to eat near by ! 10 minute walk to Target if you need something ! I will for sure be staying here again !

Once upon a Time was a great place for a family to come together and create memories. It was spacious and inviting. We have a big family and we didn't feel all crammed together. The kids really enjoyed the game room with so many options to choose from. The living areas were accommodating and allowed us to enjoy spending quality time together. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. I would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone.

We had a wonderful stay--we were a multigenerational and multi-family reunion with plenty of room for everyone! Robert and Neesha were very responsive and immediately available even with a middle of the night hiccup with the dishwasher power! They were also so thoughtful, as we were celebrating my 5 year old's birthday, having candles, favors and an amazing balloon bouquet waiting when we checked in!! That just added to the magic of a great vacation and trip! The house is in a great central location, walking distance to a small playground, community pool, and Target. It was stocked with only the basics, but it was easy to run and grab anything we needed. We did laundry often and it was great to have that option! The back patio and grill were used every night! There was plenty of parking for our large group. Our kids made good use of the front playroom (so many fun things to do!). Our only recommendation would be to update that TV to a smart TV as the cable was not working in that particular room. Check in and check out were easy and smooth! Our USTA tennis team thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was in perfect condition and was plenty big for 9 men. Robert was a great host and answered any questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again for our next tournament!

We stayed with our extended family of sixteen and everyone had plenty of room. The house is so convenient to the amusement parks that it was easy for members of the family to come and go as they pleased during the day. As a bonus on our "off park" days we went to the club house and loved the pool, slides, mini-golf and barside pool. We were disappointed in a couple items (1) limited amount of linens left for us meant we were doing laundry everyday (not enough bath towels for everyone and only one handtowel and wash cloth per bathroom). (2) the houses are so close together that there is no privacy when out in the pool area and you could hear the neighbors if they were also out (at these time we went to the clubhouse pool) and (3) the seating at the dining room table and the counter was not enough to accomodate our group as well as not quality furniture. Despite these couple items we would recommend staying here.

Our family of 13 spent Thanksgiving at this property. It was clean, spacious, and as described. Robert is a wonderful host who responds very quickly to all requests. Our family enjoyed the week that we spent at this house. Thanks Robert!

We were a group of 3 families - 6 adults and 8 kids ages 6 to 13. We had tickets for Mickey’s Halloween party and wanted to get to the park by 4 pm. I contacted the host before we booked the property to ask about an earlier check in. He was able to have our entry code ready for a 2:30 check in which was perfect. Traveling to Disney on a Friday afternoon without having to get on I-4 was amazing and getting back to the house from Disney at 1 am with a group of tired kids was very convenient. The house was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms so that we did not feel like we were in each other’s way. Game room and swimming pool kept everyone entertained. We spent Sat afternoon at the community pool. Kids enjoyed the slides and lazy river. There was a nice sized pool and for anyone with babies or toddlers, there was a nice splash pad. Everything was clean. They do have a bar/concession stand, but it is a small operation so do not go hungry thinking you will grab something quick. Standing in line to order and then the time it takes to prepare your food is quite awhile. Staff was very friendly, but again, it is small. They do not allow outside food or drinks so either eat before you go or order around 40 min before you want to eat. As far as convenience to stores, restaurants, etc… lots of options close by. Target is only .4 miles away. The 3 moms wanted to go for a walk Sat evening. We took a route through the neighborhood and out one of the gates that had a sidewalk on the neighborhood side and across the street was an area of just preserve (all trees no buildings). It was low traffic, relaxing, we felt very safe. Do pay attention to the recommended extras list. Bring towels for the pool, extra toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. Anytime I needed to contact the host, he was quick to respond. We had a wonderful time at this property and would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation was seamless from beginning to end. The property owner was amazing and thorough in his communication and made our vacation wonderful - even though it meant him flying in to Florida to fix problems before we arrived! We would rent here again and again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our group came to Orlando for a tennis tournament. This house was at a convenient location and hit all the points for the group. Definitely would suggest this property to friends and family.

The property was large enough for our family of 19 to enjoy our stay.
