Great location and home base for us as we explored Vancouver

We had a great time during our stay and Dinesh’s place had everything we needed and was very clean. Great restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation.

Pros: great walkable area, near BC Place & Roger’s Place (we attended a concert at BC Place); clean; great cooperation & communication with owner
Cons: noisy bc the Skytrain runs across the street til 1am; VERY bright in bedroom to sleep; AC wasn’t keeping room cool probably because filtres need cleaning; windows need to be open in order for AC venting which is probably why the condo is noisy outside (but the building itself is quiet); the mattress is very hard & pillows were uncomfortable. For a short stay it’s fine otherwise take earplugs & eye mask!

We had a very nice stay! Very comfortable accommodation. The unit looks over Falls Creek and Gas Town Is a short stroll away. Our host was great and quick to answer questions. I'd definitely recommend this rental property to a friend!

Our family was in Vancouver for our daughters cheer competition at the convention center. We found the condo located perfectly so that we could walk back-and-forth. There’s also a Costco just a few feet away, and a lot of other grocery stores. The host was very accommodating and understanding.

This unit is exceptionally well equipped. The host provides little extras like dish soap, dishwasher, soap, lots and lots of towels. Every utensil that you would ever need and so forth. Very impressed. The unit is a five minute walk to Rogers Arena, and 10 minutes to BC place so exceptionally well located if you’re going for a hockey game or a concert.

I was so happy to have found this place to stay, location was extremely convenient, lovely condo with great amenities. I would totally stay there again! Great price too and very easy check-in. Thank you to the host!!

I had a great time in this space. I brought ear plugs to sleep in and was not bothered by the sky train at all. The people in the building are kind and helpful. The bath tub is amazing and all the towels made me feel right at home.

Very clean, nice location, indoor parking available a plus. Little bit noisy because of the train and the obligation of opening some windows if you want to use AC.

Fully equipped condo in a very walkable location. The building is safe with convenient underground secure parking. I stayed by myself and felt very safe in and around the neighborhood. Also, a quick walk to Gastown. Loved staying here!

It's so great in every way that I don't want to share it haha but Dinesh's place deserves the great review so I'm giving it. We will back again and again and....... again!

We stayed here to attend a couple of concerts. Fantastic location within walking distance of lots of amenities. You can hear the SkyTrain from the suite but honestly, we drowned it out after the first little bit. Gorgeous views, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice apartment in a cool part of town. Close to Gastown, downtown, and right across the street from the stadiums.

This location is perfect if you want to be right in the middle of the city and close to everything. Once we parked we were able to walk to every place we wanted to go. The view was beautiful, especially at night. The only confusing thing was figuring out how to check out while getting our car out of the parking lot and returning the fob. Luckily we rode the elevator down with a helpful tenant bc he was able to get us into the parking garage and opened the gate for us to leave. Besides that everything was great.

Small but very well stocked condo with amazing view but incredibly noisy in summer given that the building has no central AC and that the owner had to install 2 units in the windows located right above the screeching metro.

This condo is small but super clean and well equipped. All furnishings are in excellent shape and owner was very responsive.
Two things to be aware of, however, 1. The area to the east of this street is quite rundown with hundreds of homeless. While this street seems to kind of border that area you will see homeless passed out and doing drugs. Rarely is there a problem, it’s just uncomfortable and sad. 2. The building does not have AC. The owner has put in two floor units (thankfully) but they require the windows to be open to vent and it is quite noisy with sky tram just below.
If you are aware of those issues then I don’t hesitate to recommend the condo as it is reasonably priced for the city.

Perfect location, clean, easy to check in

The location was convenient walking distance to restaurants, attractions in Chinatown and gastown, and public transit stops. Check in was a little confusing for us, but our host was quick to respond and help us out. The only other downside was that the window shades don't fully block the sun in the morning (which came up very early), but overall we had a great time!

We were 4 ladies on a road trip and stayed at this condo for 2 nights. The suite was small for 4 ladies but it was fine. It contained everything we needed. We were in Vancouver when it was very warm and the suite was also very warm. There are portable air conditioning units which could not keep up as the window style was not that conducive to the unit. Also this suite truly is only for 3 adults as the convertible bed in the livingroom is very small. Apart from this, it was great.

Everything about this place is excellent. It’s in a fantastic location, extremely clean, secure parking and Dinesh is a very kind and well organized host. I will be staying here again in the future!

This location was good for us and we appreciated the covered, secure parking. The condo has a nice layout, and the bed is comfortable. It could use a deep clean of floors and cabinets, but our flights were moved up and the owner allowed us an early check-in, so maybe a more thorough cleaning was impacted to accommodate that.
