The stove did not, water stains on the ceiling and cracks on the wall in certain areas, not enough towels, but besides that very comfortable, in a great location, beautiful sights and pool

Important to mention we booked for 28 days. Cleanliness was disappointing. Horizontal surfaces not cleaned for months. Maintenance needed on several areas; 2nd bedroom sliding privacy door off hinge and dangerous to move due to weight. Glass shower door missing! All three A/C wall units were filthy where mold was visible. Showers would not drain due to hair build up in drains. Right curtain in living room half-pulled out of ceiling and in-room safe not accessible or secured to anything. Again, we booked for 28 days. Our concerns were met with some repairs. Problem was with no functioning or secured safe, we had to be present for every scheduled maintenance visit. Some timely, some not. All issues addressed over a weeks time except 2nd bedroom sliding privacy door (For safety it was screwed in place), in-room safe, no attempt to repair or secure and the curtain. We booked a month in advance. A proper inspection of unit before arrival should have addressed these issues long before our arrival. The days wasted waiting on maintenance staff or contractors was unnecessary and inconvenient. Nicole was reactive to our concerns. Most issues addressed. Location was convenient. Grocery store very close. We cooked many meals in house and equipment was good.

From checking in and checking out the staff we're very professional, helpful, and courteous. I had no issues getting into the condo. The pool on the roof has a very nice view and vibe to it. Especially at night. The area was also safe. The Apt itself was clean and had a nice home away from home feeling. I would definitely book this apt again.

We have no complaints. 24 hour security guard on site. Management was available 24 hrs a day. Private assigned parking. Walking distance to the supermarket. Excellent view, (14th floor). We enjoyed sitting in the porch watching the view. Master bedroom also had a nice city and ocean view. The apartment was clean. Descent furniture. Washer machine and dryer in the apartment. We have no complaints. We would stay there again without hesitation.
