The house is older but clean and well taken care of. Communication with the owner was good. West Seattle is a good location walking distance to grocery stores. There's a nice Farmers Market on Saturday that's walkable.

Great house close to downtown Seattle. Nice neighborhood. Close to dining and shopping options.
House was clean. Beds were pretty good. With 6 adults/teens the Futon upstairs for a bed was a bit small but we made it work. Great communication with owner.
Would stay here again.

The property was clean and large. Check in was easy and communication with the host was fast and responsive. Location was about 10 min drive from downtown Seattle/waterfront area. Only issue was that one of the beds was definitely not a queen size bed as advertised, but a full (double bed). The property was a great value for a large group of 6 adults.

We loved this property and it was perfect for four individual adults. Plenty of space for us to be together, talk, play games, but also space to chill out alone if wanted. An easy walk to grocery, coffee, restaurants, which is a plus for us. Beautiful fenced in yard space. Upstairs rooms can have a bit of traffic noise, but some white noise works just fine. A great place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this west Seattle home. Great location and easy to get to any location. Property owner was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this home. We had a total of five people including 3 children and it was the perfect house for our family of five. Five stars!

A clean, cozy and cheerful home. A couple of little glitches that the owner took care of immediately (like I forgot the key code!) . My family agreed it would be a wonderful place to return to in the warmer months.

A couple of my retired military buddies and I recently traveled to Seattle to participate in a 10K race and attend a Seahawks game. The property owner was very accommodating. We arrived into SEATAC early in the morning and we were allowed to check-in by 12:00 noon. The property is located within walking distance to many eateries and a short drive to Whole Foods Market, Trader Joes and Safeway. The bus that we took to the stadium and downtown was also located within walking distance. Being from Hawaii, the weather was cold but the beds in the house were very warm. The wifi worked great and the large TVs were a welcomed plus. Excellent property

My brothers and I chose Shardul’s home in West Seattle for our annual football trip and we could not have been more pleased. The property was exactly as listed, sparkling clean at check in and in a perfect location for all Seattle attractions. We really fell in love with West Seattle on this trip. Thank you Shardul!

We enjoyed our time at this house in West Seattle. The Italian plums were ripe when we visited, and it was fun to pick and eat the fruit. The communal areas inside and outside were comfortable and relaxing. While the house is very near to the highway, the foliage, high fence, and fans mask the the traffic noise so it didn't disrupt our sleep. We could have used a few more glasses and some ziplock bags and foil. We appreciated the coffee and shower products provided for guests.

Hello! We had a lovely time at this property. The location was great for commute into and out of downtown Seattle and surrounding areas. Parking was a plus and very close to the airport. There was more than enough room for us to stay. Little things like the dishwasher was a little tricky, otherwise the kitchen/pantry was pretty well stocked. The eating area was small for our family, but we spent most of our time exploring. It is a great base location! 10-15 min drive to most local attractions! West Seattle itself is great - the house is close to the Junction and Lincoln Park where you can catch a beautiful sunset.

The house was very clean and well-appointed. It has a nice separation of spaces for a family with older kids or more than one couple—two beds and bath upstairs and two beds and a bath downstairs. The problem is there is no central air conditioning (only in-room units that are very loud). You can’t open the windows at night because of the street noise. The listing is adjacent to the on-ramp to the West Seattle bridge. We left a day early because we could not sleep with the noise and the heat of the house.

We stayed here as a group of 10 for the Taylor Swift concert. The location was perfect; Uber pickup there and back less than 12 minutes per trip. Trader Joes, gas stations and many great restaurants (Taco Time and BBQ) nearby.
Bedding, rooms, furniture, decor and kitchen were all en point. Bathrooms very clean and super well equipped. Very comfortable and well climatized as well due to the portable/window ACs and fans.

We really enjoyed staying in this home! The decor was so bright and inviting. There was plenty of space for six adults. Beds were comfy! Water was great! Never ran out of hot water, great water pressure. It was a close enough to walk to eat breakfast. It was perfect, as we had two couples and two individuals, so those two had their own room downstairs. The host was great and responsive. I would, no doubt, stay here again! Thank you to our wonderful VRBO hosts!

This is a great rental property, and we would stay here again when visiting Seattle. It is super conveniently located at the top of the West Seattle bridge, and close to everything West Seattle has to offer, as well as only about 8-10 minutes to downtown Seattle by car. We had two couples and two kids in our group, and the place had plenty of space with different areas for everyone to hang out. Very clean and colorfully decorated. We stayed in the winter but there is a nice deck/patio space in back that looks great for warmer weather.

We (myself and three adult children) were in town 5 days for a family wedding. Some of us had to work, and the upstairs/downstairs situation allowed us all quiet space to work/zoom. Super convenient to SODO, where the wedding took place, and also to restaurants and groceries in West Seattle (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Safeway all just a few blocks away). Well appointed, comfortable and colorful decor which I loved. While right off the bridge (with traffic noise), it was in a cute neighborhood which we walked several times. Host was extremely responsive and friendly. Unable to use the backyard because of rain, but it looked great. The kitchen was generously stocked although another frying pan or larger pot would have been great. Highly recommend!

There were 5 of us in our party and this house was perfect for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was great for the places we wanted to go. We all enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and accommodating. It was somewhat difficult to find the keypad to get into the house. Somewhere in the description/arrival details, it needs to say go through side gate to get into the house. Our only complaints are the house needs a better cooking set, dish towels, and use of the BBQ/grill. Make these improvements and it would be a perfect vrbo house.

The home was a great location with plenty of restaurants to enjoy and a couple of nearby grocery stores if you decide to eat in. We were always able to park on the street right in front of the home. As we were visiting during an unusual heat wave, we appreciated having the room air conditioners and fans throughout the house. The home was clean and provided plenty of room for my husband and me as well as our young adult children.

Great communication
The house was very cute and exactly what we were looking for . My family is loud so having the downstairs more secluded brought comfort that we wouldn’t be too loud. We did have problems with the access code but the owners were very communitive and wanted to get it fixed. There were a couple things that needed fixed and they came and did that right away . I’m assuming the previous visitors just didn’t let them know things were out. Overall we would love to stay here again

Beautifully decorated, with nice touches.
So we have stayed at many VRBOs. This was a really unique place with nice touches.
Very colorful, very clean. You can tell they take pride in their place and want you to enjoy their place.
One example, we normally have to stop and get coffee and filters (after a long travel day) and they had all that there for us!
Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Seattle and this property only made our stay better! The house felt cozy and we immediately felt right at home. Communication with the owner was fast and efficient.

Amazing!
Renting this property was easy all the way from booking to check out. Easy communication with owner and the home had amenities that made the stay that much more enjoyable such as dishes, shampoo and conditioner, access to the washing machine and dryer, coffee etc. Our kids (ages 21, 15 and 9) absolutely loved the downstairs area and quickly claimed it as their own. Parents were only allowed down there to play games or bring food ;-) we would definitely stay here again if and when we come back to the area! Thanks again!
