This was a great little house in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend this to others.

My sisters, mom and I stayed here for a quick little girls trip. The house was very unique. The down stairs shower was heaven. The kitchen and breakfast nook area are super cute. The house is in a great location. There is a trolly stop right across the street from the house. It is also good walking distance from the main part of town. While walking back one evening after supper we saw a few deer in a neighbors lawn. This area was perfect for a little get away and it was a great time of year where it wasn’t to busy in town.

The house was clean and nice. The location was excellent! We enjoyed walking next door for breakfast. And when we stayed home to eat, the dining nook was a favorite place to congregate. A beautiful historic house!

Loved our stay at this Cute House in Deadwood! We had everything we needed and it is so convenient to Downtown with the Trolly running right in front of the house! I highly recommend this place and Cody is very nice to work with if you have any questions.

The location and accommodations were fantastic. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful trip and look forward to planning other trips in the future.

This house was perfect for our family of 8 for a couple days while soaking in all that the Black Hills has to offer. We didn’t need to communicate with the host, but the instructions sent ahead of time and area guide were great.

Perfect property for getaway in the Black Hills. As advertised, super clean and great location. Enjoyed everything about this home. Was a great starting point for a day at Devil's tower, exploring the Spearfish area and having a little adult fun in town.

Excellent location and a house with a ton of character! The house was comfortable and well-stocked, and Cody made everything so easy- including accommodating an early check-in so we could start enjoying our Deadwood vacation.

Lovely house with all the amenities! Super clean. Very convenient to all of what the Deadwood area has to offer. Loved that it had plenty of off-street parking. Cute historic home with both front porch and backyard space. Very walkable to historic Deadwood. Trolley stop out front. Trolley goes by every half-hour and costs $2/ride or $5/day pass. Mickelson trail runs across the street, bring your bikes.

It was our first trip to SD and we really didn't know what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely the area is. The house was absolutely charming and very clean. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed to make our stay truly relaxing. We loved being able to use the front porch or back garden to have a drink in whilst the sun went down (and also see the deer that frequent). It is also in a perfect position for walking into Deadwood. Near enough to be a 10 minute walk and far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle that Deadwood can be, though we loved the vibe of the town. We found plenty to do from visiting the local stores, museums, eateries and generally wandering around seeing what there is to see which we felt totally safe doing after dark. Renting E-bikes to go off into the Black Hills was lovely as was visiting Mount Rushmore and the Badlands. Would love to return!

The house worked out great for us. We were two couples in our sixty's . The area was quiet and close for all the activity's we had planned. Everything was the way it was advertised

This beautiful rental house is in a great location; walking distance to downtown Deadwood & Mickelson Trail. We enjoyed hanging out on the front porch.😎 Plenty of parking for our 4 motorcycle's. We look forward to coming back on our next trip to Deadwood.

Went with my 93 year old father, his wife, my sister, my brother and his significant other. The house was amazing! So cutely decorated! Had all the amenities we needed! The owners were awesome to work with! We will come back!!
