We traveled 12 hours from Upstate NY to surprise my aunt for her 80th Birthday. There were 4 of us, we stayed 3 nights, and we were all very happy with the accommodations. This property was beyond our expectations, and also, my bed was the most comfortable I ever slept in. If available, I will certainly return to this cozy little cottage during my next trip to the Kingsport area.

A lovely little cottage that had everything we needed. The owner was awesome and very helpful when we needed something. She even got my Kindle to me when we left it after checkout and didn’t even realize!

The house was super clean and just as described. The beds were super comfy. Communicating with the host was very easy and she responded fast. Perfect for a family weekend getaway!

This little house worked well for us as a scrapbooking getaway. Everything worked well and was very clean. It is closer to the road than it appears in the pictures, but it wasn't an issue for us. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed the weekend for the races at Bristol, which is a short 30 minute drive away. Plenty of restaurants close by as well. Bed was very comfortable and house was very clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat 😁

We came to Kingsport to celebrate our grandson’s 1st bday. The location was close to our daughters home. The attention to detail that the host provided was fabulous. Just what we needed for our stay.

Peaceful, well appointed, handicapped accessible.
Recommend adding shower seat so it Can be used by an elderly, handicapped person.

We loved this adorable house. It was clean, cozy and quiet. It was myself and my 2 young adult daughters so it was plenty of room. The owner thought of little touches such as games, coffee pods, laundry soap, etc.. We were disappointed the propane tank was missing, we wanted to grill and they may want to add kitchen wash clothes and the frint door lock was a little tricky. Those were tiny things though. Everything else was great!!!!! We would definately stay here again!!!

Easy access off highway. Clean place and bedding was comfy! Close to every thing. We usually stay at the Marriott Convention Cemter but this was much better! Maraya was always quick to respond with answers. Would definitely stay again!

Nice little house. It is an older home but has been updated. More amenities than any place I've stayed. Had everything you could want including mayo and mustard in the fridge. Clean and comfortable. Close to Kingsport and Bays Mountain is a couple of miles up the road. I would stay again.

This place was like being at home…. So relaxing and not next to all the busyness at the race track Bristol….the food options were amazing… my wife loved the decore

This was our second time staying at this cottage loved it both times quaint, cute convenient location and the hosts are super responsive and accommodating. We will be back again soon.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood, family homes nearby. Easy access to the tricity area. Comfy bed, nice TV and internet. Kitchen has all the things you need. We would stay again.

Clean and comfortable with great location. We were close to the aquatic center to watch our girls swim meet and so close to hiking and biking trails as well as downtown.

The house was exactly as advertised, small, clean and comfortable. We were visiting family, so it was really nice to have some place quiet and comfortable to rest at the end of the day. Close to everything, shopping, food and hiking.

All necessities were readily available. Soft sheets and blankets, hooks on back of bedroom doors, ample closet space, TVs in each room, games available. I am a clean freak and everything met my high expectation. We saw a four-point buck in the back yard. We will certainly recommend to others. Online photos were exactly as in the house.
