This is a great place, the host thought of everything. We rented this Property for graduation, and we had a blast doing karaoke with family? And taking the kids to play in the snow. Great place to make lots of great memories. Thanks Jayson and Nicole.

Had a wonderful time at Paradise Pines! Celebrated my 50th birthday with our 3 married kids and grandkids. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was amazing. Fully stocked. Double air fryer, cockpot, electric kettle, etc. Plenty of dishes. And the thoughtful gift baskets throughout the home made it extra special. The decks were beautiful. Plenty of seating for outdoor dining and sitting around the fire. And the hot tub was a nice bonus. Would love to come back again! Thank you Jayson and Nicole for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This was a perfect house for a family vacation.

The house was very well maintained and in a great location. We really enjoyed the space for a family gathering. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. My guests thought it was one of the best VRBO spots in a long time. We really enjoyed the stay in Paradise Pines in Flagstaff!

This is a fabulous home! Very private, in the woods, yet only a few minutes from downtown and I-40, with beautiful rooms and views. Loved it!

I have rented countless times through VRBO. This place was my absolute favorite. The hosts went far above and beyond expectations and not only is the home and the land absolutely beautiful we had everything we could have wanted to feel at home. We were a group of 8 women on a meditation retreat and stayed at the home the entire time and cooked every meal there, the kitchen had EVERYTHING! I really cannot put into words how impressed we all were. My 1 disappointment was the 10am checkout. It proved to be difficult to get everyone up, fed, have a little time together and get things prepared to leave in that time and created some stress which was a bummer. Even 11am would be so much better! I must say however that the hosts were incredibly gracious to offer us a very early check-in to ensure we were all set up for our guests so I guess I can't complain that much lol! I plan to stay again with my family next time as I absolutely fell in love!

Everything was just amazing. Our family felt like we were royalty. The house was immaculate and had so many added special touches. A gift basket on each of our beds, snacks in the kitchen, bathrooms to use for the hot tub… The list is endless. Definitely would love to stay there again and I dream about that house. We had 3 families come together for the first time since pre-Covid here and could not have been more grateful for this house! We did research on the area, sure... But had no idea that we'd be in for over 15 inches of snow, preventing us from our plans of travelling to Sedona for a few days. 6 adults & 5 kiddos had the snowed-in time of our lives... From the hot tub to the back yard, the reading room to the pool table, and even a kitchen island so large that we all sat around to paint & cook together. The place is exactly as pictured, and the extras made it so special (a stocked sofa fridge & coffee bar!). We had good communication with Nicole, and were even spoiled to have snow removal show up one evening to help our non-snow tired rental cars get out of the driveway lol. Things to note: - the bunk room has a fan super close to the top bunks... We made our kids promise to sleep on the bottom to prevent accidents - the pool table is tight to the side walls (we still played & LOVED it... But were worried about hitting the wall or window) Otherwise, the view is beautiful, the street is a lovely walk, the decor is so cozy & your group will have a blast. We felt spoiled the entire trip. Highly recommend!

My family and I have stayed at many places before using VRBO. This one is by far the best that we’ve stayed at and it’s very very clean. As beautiful as it is in the photos, it’s even more beautiful and much more spacious in person. Nicole was amazing! The Kitchen, Bedrooms, Game room/loft and Bathrooms were all very clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Our family had a great time together and we’re looking forward to coming back soon! This house is truly perfect! Nicole and Jayson are the best host’s ever! They take care of every need you can ask for and beyond! The house is so beautiful it feels like you are staying at luxury resort/spa. Too the complimentary goodie baskets, to the bathroom supplies they leave us, the snacks they left us, too the unlimited amount of coffee flavors, and you can’t forget about how amazing the hot tubs feels after a long day on the slopes. This pace is amazing and will be coming back every time we come to flagstaff! Thank you Nicole and Jayson!
