We had a wonderful stay at this property! Very nice accommodations with lots of sleeping options! The only thing I would note is: if you have "babies/toddlers" there is lots of stairs and also for "elderly" there is lots of stairs. The host was very prompt with replying to our questions and even stopped over the first night to deliver sheets for the pack n' play. Exceptional! The road outside COULD be noisy at night for the upstairs bedrooms, but downstairs was not bothered. If ever in the area again; we would not hesitate to use this host and house again! Thanks for the great "stay"!

The house was perfectly set up for a large group. The open floor plan on the main level was cozy and perfect for the large group we had for the weekend. Everything was clean and well stocked. The check in process and access to the house went smoothly.

The home was perfect for our group of 9. Newly remodeled and Nicely decorated. It was well stocked as well. We would definitely stay there again. Manager was easy to work with.

This was our second time staying for our annual moms' getaway and we were just as impressed as we were during our first stay. The property is very well maintained and has everything as described, with many thoughtful extras. We look forward to staying again next year!

Property manager accommodated an early check in for us. Property was perfect with three different levels of bedrooms for our group of eight. Very clean home with everything you could need. Easy to get to location. Definitely rent this property again.

Perfect house for a Girls Weekend Christmas shopping trip!

This was our second stay at City Lodge and it has become our preferred spot when we are in town visiting family. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend for any family.

Wonderful home in a great location. Everything we needed for a great stay in Sioux Falls. Lots of room for all of us to be there for four days for a wedding. The three bedrooms were a blessing when five of us were getting ready. Thanks for a great vacation experience.

This home was comfortable and had most everything we needed while there. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the needed pots, pans & dishes for meals. We had four couples and there were bedrooms for all of us. Two of us had the children’s room which was very cute but the beds were not real comfortable for adults. I believe it would not be an issue for children. Visiting was easy in either of the living/family rooms and out on the deck. The description and pictures are accurate. We enjoyed staying here and would love to do so again!

In town for our son's wedding. Less than 10 minutes from the venue. (Atrium on Blue). So much better than staying in cramped hotel for 3 days. Room to spread out and relax. House is very cute and clean. Owner was quick to respond to questions. The coffee and snacks provided were greatly appreciated. Thanks Chad!

We were in town for a wedding and had three adult couples in the home. Bedrooms were nice and it was super to have a bathroom for each bedroom. House was comfortable and suited our needs for location and convenience to the places we needed to be. Communication with the owner was quick and he was friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the outdoor space at all. Only negative was the home was extremely warm the night of our arrival and it took the air conditioning some time to catch up. Air also got turned off the morning we were leaving which made the house warm quickly. The bedrooms upstairs were the warmest.

The home was just the right size for our group. We were down for a graduation and it was a nice place to hang out with family when we weren’t out exploring the city.

The house is very well equipped, conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants etc. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We had 9 people staying in the house, we were all comfortable. The house has 3 levels with bedrooms. Keep that in mind if you have trouble climbing stairs.

We had 6 women in our group and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Super cozy and extremely clean! (I am very picky when it comes to that!) The kitchen had nice pans and was very well equipped. A nice change from other rentals! The home is even better than described and pictured. Lots of extra amenities and thoughtful touches around the home! You can tell it has been well cared for, and seems clear other guests who have stayed respect that too. Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying again!

The property is in a residential area on the west side of sioux falls. The home is just as pictured and described in listing. It is immaculate and very well thought out! We had everything we needed! The instruction sheet was helpful but checkout instructions could be more detailed (trash? bedding?) but that's trivial, we did what we thought best. Would stay again, hopefully with no snow so we could enjoy the deck!!!

This property was wonderful! Great location! Clean! Had all amenities that you could ask for. Only disappointment was it was snowy and we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful deck and backyard. We were in town for the Summit League Tournament and already said we want to go back to this property next year. It was the start of March Madness so TVs all around were a must. We laughed, played games, cooked, and made great memories!!

Everything was as described on VRBO! Contactless check in was easy and friendly. Beautiful house! Room to spread out. We held family Christmas there, had a great time in a beautiful space. Loved the beds, bedding, towels, tvs in almost every room. This couches are phenomenally comfortable! We had a great time! Thank you!

This warm inviting oasis welcomed a party of 4 moms wanting a weekend getaway to enjoy each other's company, do some holiday baking, and holiday crafting. The home was AMAZING. There was so much room and in no way were we ever needing space. This would also be a great space for a family as there are several levels to send kids to entertain them selves as the adults enjoy their own space. The beds were amazing, plenty of bathrooms to keep us all on time. beautifully decorated, easy wi-fi access and tv use. On top of all that, very conveniently located to nearby shopping. Very easy to find as it is right on a corner. Now some may be worried about street traffic. We were there in November so no windows were open and not a single traffic sound could be heard inside. The back patio was large and very inviting but the weather kept us inside. When we plan our next girls weekend in SF, we will definitely be back!
