My cousin and I are grandmother's We work 40hours plus. We have husbands and grandchildren and pets. As much as we love all of them, we needed a vacation.so we treated ourselves to the beach. We had a blast & the condo was awesome!

Cozy with great location

The condo and the complex are perfect! It was great! Love the location further down Thomas Drive away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for everything! The condo was beautiful and very clean. My only complaint was the couch pull out bed mattress was terrible! We’ve stayed in a lot of condos over the years and this was absolutely the worst. Definitely recommend replacing that! We ended up using an air mattress instead!

The condo was very clean and on the first floor. The amenities were clean and accessible. The beach was a short walk. Wonderful stay! Would stay again!

The listing for the the condo was accurate and the perfect size for my family. I would have liked something that was a little more in walking distance, but that's okay. The complex is pretty small so you're able to miss a lot of the large crowds. Seems like a good place for families who just want to spend the entire trip at the beach. My only and pretty big complaint was how dirty the condo was. Upon arrival I noticed there was a lot of dust buildup. I let it go. When I went to cook dinner, the dishes in the cabinet were put away with stuck on food. I had to wash the dishes before I could use them. After giving my kids a bath, I was looking for the towels that we were supposed to have. Only 2 we're hanging up and there were 4 of us. I found the rest of the towels wadded up and thrown under the bathroom sink. One of them was sitting in a small puddle of thick green liquid. I am guessing the liquid was from the toilet cleaner that had been knocked over. So I had to wash the towels to make sure they were actually clean and chemical free. After their bath, my kids were walking around the condo without shoes on and about 15 minutes later I noticed that the bottoms of their feet were black. The windowsill looking out to the parking lot had a thick layer of dust and build up. This place has great potential, but they really need to work on their cleaning procedures. I didn't expect a 5 star resort, but I did expect clean.

This was our first vacation with our 1 year old son. I was worried about having him around a balcony, which made this condo being on ground level perfect. We had a small hiccup with the door code at check in. However, I was able to get a hold of the owner late at night and he got us in no problem. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy to find. Easy to check in. Lots of local dining and friendly renters around us. Kids friendly area. Will definitely use them again.

Great location and steps to the beach.

We had an amazing time for the Memorial Day weekend at this place. It's very clean and right at the pool and a quick walk to the beach. Will be booking again here!

Had a great time property was perfect

The unit is much more than 75 feet from the beach, as was advertised. I have mobility issues, so being close to the beach was one of the reasons we booked this unit. The condo is rather small and there could be a cocktail table or ottoman in the living room to make it more comfortable and at least a small stand on the side of the bed that did not have a nightstand. Also, we could have been informed that the area was experiencing Red Tide. We felt side effects as soon as we stepped out of the car, which worsened the closer we got to the beach. Just a few minutes exposure sent me into a half hour coughing fit. We only stayed one night because of these issues. We are waiting to talk to someone to see if we can get a partial refund.

Place was clean and had everything we needed... We really enjoyed our stay and checking out Panama City Beach for the first time... The beach was within walking distance and there were many restaurants near by...

The PROS: Close to the beach. Close to the pool. Easy check in. The CONS: Doesn’t have the fancy amenities we are accustomed to with VRBOs. Much like a Motel 6, good for practicality, but nothing over the top. Cleanliness does not match the exorbitant cleaning fee. Towels were worn out and stained, bring your own. If you have a family, close proximity to the pool will be a plus as it was full of children, but if you’re looking for quiet solitude, not the best.

Nice condo. Location close to the beach only couple minutes to walk to the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Owners are easy to get a hold of and pleasant to work with. Pool right outside your door was great- loved that you could park right in front of your door and being on first floor was wonderful- no stairs. Would rent again

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is closer to the lower lagoon and a bit quieter than the places with huge hotels. The kids loved the pool and the access to the beach was easily accessible.. We would definitely visit again.

We went down for a fishing trip and to relax. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was a short walk (5 min) to the beach. The neighbors were friendly and the location of the complex was close to the marina we used. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The property was clean and easy to check in and out. It was nice to have the pool available when the beach was closed. The beach wasn't very busy when we were there which was nice. The neighboring people all seemed pleasant and we had a great stay.

Our stay was nice. Room was pretty clean. However there was no 2nd lock on door so we slid couch in,front of door to ensure our daughter didnt try to escape since the door lock was withing reach. Under the couch was disgusting. It had tons of candy wrappers and pieces of food and an asprin on the floor. The only other complaint is for a 3 night stay they only left us 1 roll of toilet paper. Other than that the room was nice, accurately described. Pool was nice.,

We absolutely love this condo! This is our second time staying here same exact location/condo. Family friendly. We have a daughter (5) son (11)- they also love this location and all the friends they meet when we come down! People are so friendly. No loud very relaxing! Just a minute walk to the beach and absolutely amazing food restaurants within minutes from condo! I would highly recommend this location to all families with kids or if you just want a nice and quite peaceful stay!
