Absolutely the best condo we’ve stayed at on this island. Chincoteague is our home away from home and this unit was perfect. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

The only way I’d be happier with this stay at this property is if the owner just handed me the keys to the place forever, free of charge. The booking process with the owners was smooth and hassle free. They are very communicative and responsive. Checkin couldn’t have been easier. The unit is staying at a friend’s place who knows how to decorate and keep a place nice. The unit is well appointed with anything you’d need. The couches and beds are comfy for relaxing. Everything seems very well maintained and that makes life so much easier. Location wise, you can walk in to town to get to most things like food, shops and attractions. Excellent, excellent experience.

This was the 2nd year we stayed at this property. We loved the location and the luxurious interior. It was perfect for our 3 generation family. Pool was great. The whole experience was very relaxing.

My sisters and I had a great visit to Chincoteague! Sara was outstanding to work with. The Condo is gorgeous, spacious and very nicely decorated! The deck overlooking the bay was by far our favorite! Beautiful sunset and there was always a lovely breeze, The condo had all the amenities we needed, it was very clean and the beds were comfy! We didn't use the pool, but I would think a family with young children would love that feature! I would highly recommend this condo!

This was the first trip I’ve ever booked with VRBO and our small group was blown away by this awesome property! It was very clean, beautifully designed and had everything we needed for an awesome first visit to Chincoteague Island. It truly felt like a home away from home! Sara was great to communicate with and we felt so welcome as her guests. The condo has a great view of the bay and is close to many downtown restaurants. It was very quiet and everyone we saw was very friendly. Our favorite part was sitting out on the patio and being close to the water. My husband uses an electric wheelchair and everything was very accessible for him. The only thing I would note for other wheelchair users is that the front door has a lip on it of about 2-3 inches but we used his portable one step ramp that we always have with us and it worked great. We would definitely book this property again! Thank you so much Sara and Steve!

Mother’s Day weekend getaway with my wife! Beautiful condo and great location. We had a great time biking around the island and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Chincoteague.

I almost don't want to rave about this property too much for fear of it not being available for my own self in the future. The location is perfect. The condo was so roomy for our family of five. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. This will definitely be our first choice of accomodations when we return (which we do every year). So happy to have found this gem.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious condo tastefully decorated in an island theme. Great location within walking distance to shops, park, etc. Children enjoyed fishing, crabbing, swimming in pool at the condo, and riding their bikes in the neighborhood. Entire family enjoyed Chincoteague and Assateague!

Sunset Bay is our favorite place to rent on the island.

Our Family has been vacationing in Chincoteague for many years. This location was great for walking to downtown. the condo was very clean and well equipped. We had 3 generations and it was nice to have everyone stay in one place together. The pool was inviting and the children loved it. The back porch overlooked the water and we enjoyed sitting there. We hated to leave to come home. We would love to stay in this condo again next year, but for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at this large, 3 bedroom condo - which, as other reviewers stated, was much nicer and brighter than pictured with ample parking). We had everything we needed plus more, and it was in walking distance from many stores, restaurants and even a movie theatre. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and furniture very comfortable. We loved the view from the deck and even though it was cool we enjoyed sitting out and watching the water and boats. We did have a small problem with getting into the condo, however, we contacted the owners and it was immediately taken care of. We wish we had booked the condo for at least a week.

Property was in a good location. Housekeepers need to pay a little more attention to showers. Furniture comfy but in need of updates in livingroom. Beds were very comfortable and well maintained. Location is the best on the island. Sunsets are a million dollar view.

Exceeded expectations! It was beautiful unit and nicely appointed with all the amenities you will need. We really enjoyed the balcony/deck. The location is perfectly located amwithin walking distance to the restaurants and shops in town. We would highly recommend this unit!!!

This property is a boat owners dream. We loved it and we don’t even have a boat. The back porch looks right onto the channel, a boat slip, and the sunset. There is a quick walk to a couple of great choices for meals and several cute downtown shops. The place feels spacious due to a smart layout and is well equipped. It just was repainted so it felt brand new. We recommend it highly!

We had a wonderful stay! Location is right on the water and also easy to walk to restaurants. Condo was very clean and the king bed was really comfortable. We would definitely come back.

This is our second time renting the same unit. We love the location, and we also love the unit itself. It’s spacious and has everything you can imagine you will need for your stay. We we extremely disappointed however, that we were not informed that the pool would not be open. We were really looking forward to enjoying the pool with our grandchildren... We also noticed that most places nearby had their pools open... had I known, we would not have stayed here this year. As much as we love it here, the pool is a big deal for the kids. Other than that, this place is perfect for us and we plan to continue staying here, we will make sure to confirm pool will be open! Thank you

A good long weekend in Chincoteague. The accommodation met our expectations even though we had noisy neighbors (which I guess is the luck of the draw). Had some difficult with operating the TVs as we are not used to streaming. It was difficult to find an app that was free. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The condo is in prime condition. All you need for the kitchen is provided. Linens upon request. Enough space for our family of five. The view and sunsets from the back porch are amazing . Right on main street, walking distance to shops and restaurants.. Just a five minute drive to the closest super market. A fifteen minute drive to the beach. We will be back!
