We saved booking our stay til the very last minute so we were actually very lucky that the Tower House was even still available for us. The house layout is unique with the living room as an overlook, and it’s a short walk to a decent beach (with a steap climb) and really easy car access to every thing else.

The layout and the air conditioning was amazing after a hot day at the beach!

The tower house gave us room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the view of the mountains and the ocean.

The treehouse was a beautiful home with everything we needed for a perfect stay in Kauai! The house is very well stocked, beds are super comfortable!!

I don’t think I’ve ever wanted to stay again at the same rental. First, we were welcomed with a basket of goodies and a hand written note!!! We felt at home immediately. Second, the place is gorgeous. The views of the sea, the 3 story structure really justifies the name of the home. We felt amazing in it and I highly highly recommend it. On top of everything we have had the washing machine, beach gear available and easy parking! The pool in the place was so much fun. And there is a path close by to the beach. What a magical experience in Princeville. Also the support team was very responsive to any little question I had. Thank you Vacasa!!

The place was set up perfectly. Separate areas for kitchen/fun room, and the sleeping areas. AC was a game changer! All of the beach stuff you’d need. Speaker for relaxing, kitchen supplies galore. The view is immaculate. Also you aren't sharing walls with anyone like other places.

Amazing view from top floor! We took a girls trip celebrating my daughter’s college graduation and one of my best friends 50th birthday. The team at Vacasa took the time to decorate the house with balloons, graduation banner, happy 50th BDay banner, and a fruit basket with fresh flowers and leis. Truly a Warm Welcome! The house was stocked with, sun block, several beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and other water toys. A great relaxing vacation! Love the location!

The view from the tower was beautiful and the beds were comfy. You need an air conditioner in the 3rd room - too hot down there. We were looking for the rice cooker and the shoyu! We did buy some everyday cutting boards for your future guests to enjoy. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the View House Tower! The home is absolutely gorgeous, with incredibly tasteful decor, and it was extremely clean. The views were incredible. We can’t wait to come back!

The kitchen was appointed with the essentials and also had salt, pepper, and oil to cook with. The freezer was stocked with a bag of ice and a couple of refreezable cold packs to use with the soft-sided beach coolers available in the unit. The location is centrally located to the North Shore and its many activities—be sure to check out the shops at Kilaulea and Hanalei, and jump off the end of Hanalei Pier to cool off on a warm Kauai day.

Located in a very convenient location walking distance to the bus stop, the grocery store, the golf course, 4 restaurants, the Westin (for breakfast coffee) and Wyllie/Aninni beach! Unlike other places we’ve stayed in Princeville you could not really walk to the grocery store which was very convenient and a good thing to do to get up and moving in the morning. The weather just happen to be perfect during our stay which is unusual to have no rain but we will take it! A short drive to Hanalei or Kilauea give you other options for great restaurants as well as incredible views of Hanalei Bay. The house itself has been fully renovated on the top floor in the bedrooms. And I’m hearing a full renovation of the master bathroom is coming in a month. Was very convenient because it has full-size washer and dryer and other places we’ve stayed only have the mini ones. That was convenient and good to get beach towels clean after a stay at the beach. The views from the top floor are amazing in the morning and the top floor has a great space for family to hang out. The pool is 20 steps away which makes it easy to get into a routine of going to the pool every day! We will stay here again very soon! Vacasa was also incredibly helpful with check in and anything we needed during our stay! Very responsive! Thanks again for the great spot!

Home is in a community but detached from other units, which was nice and felt safer during Covid. Kids loved the (huge!) pool though water was a little chilly for the adults. Plenty of gear to take to the beach! Third floor living area is updated and the definitely the best part of the rental. A beautiful “treehouse” like place to enjoy coffee in the morning with an ocean view. Bathrooms and closets haven’t been updated beyond cosmetic updates so expect irregularities in hot water, drains, and general 80s design and functionality. This was surprising given the high quality & thoughtful upgrades on the 3rd floor kitchen/living area. Easy, quick location if planning to go in/out of Princeville or to Hanalei frequently, which we did for beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Plenty of bath, bedding and beach towels, pool/beach/sports equipment and community pool and ping pong area were great for the kids. Maintenance responded quickly for an issue with the AC unit. Only two of three bedrooms has AC, fan only in third room, and missing window treatments on some windows in the primary and second bedrooms led to us hang sheets over those windows. We loved our stay here. Felt like we were i n a treehouse. You can tell the owners had taken care to update the furnishings. The bathrooms could use a refresh (thus the 4 stars not 5) but understand it's difficult on the island to get things done. This property was significantly better than our other rentals and any others that we considered. We would rent here again. Mahalo!
