We visit the area once a year and decided to find a VRBO between Williamsburg and Virginia Beach for a change. This did not disappoint for what we were looking for.

The property is located on a main road and is minutes away from ocean view beach and also walmart for your grocery needs. The home has a fenced in back yard so definitely pet friendly! It’s an older home so tip-toeing was required to not wake up other family members and our pet. The place lacked a mop so we ended up doing some cleaning ourselves and very glad we did. Overall decent stay and affordable!

Old costal house with some updates and some old charm. Many of the doors didn't close properly and the upstairs shower was tricky. Nice downstairs bedroom and walk in shower for anyone with mobility issues though. Clothes left in the coat closet from a previous guest. Very busy street but the backyard was quite nice.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this house. It’s an older home but very modern. We loved the “open” layout. It’s a super nice area. Not to far from anything. We walked to a few yard sales even. A lovely, relaxing trip!!! Would definitely book here again!!

We opted to stay in a VRBO while visiting family in Norfolk. This property is less than 5 minutes from them! We will definitely be staying here again! Property owner was very responsive to my questions.

Went to Norfolk to see granddaughter off for deployment. This was perfect location near Naval Air Station. Easy back and forth. Great place to relax and hang out.

We felt the property was over rated and not really represented as what it truly is. It served our needs, but that that was all it did. The house is quite old, the kitchen is not adequately supplied for cooking, the bathrooms didn't have plugs (which is indicative of an older home, but perhaps putting plugs in would have been a good idea), and the floors were pretty dirty. We noticed our socks and feet getting quite dirty, so we made sure we had shoes on. The neighborhood was a little sketchy - and we were not comfortable walking or strolling the baby in that area. In sum, it did the job, but it wasn't as nice as I was hoping.

We’ve come to Norfolk several times to see our son. This was a great stay. House was clean, comfortable and centrally located. The house is a quick drive to beach, downtown or any dining/entertainment. We chose to stay in and use the grill and ample table room to have a family dinner. Great place, very easy manager responded to all questions quickly. Will stay there again.

The owner of the property was so very helpful. There was a smoke detector that was beeping and she came to mange the issue so it would stop.
The location was great.
The house was nice and cool when we arrived that was a great plus! I beleive you'll enjoy the house. One bedroom downstairs, 2 upstairs. Hardwood floor through the house.

The home was spacious, had a nice size yard. My grandkids loved playing in the yard. There was 4 adults and 2 children in our group. Rooms were large and didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. The front street is very busy and noisy though. Location was good, close to a lot of things. Traffic was horrible. But it is a tourist area so that is to be expected.
Cons on the house is no outlet in the bathrooms and not many in bedrooms and kitchen. The grass was high in the yard and very buggy. But we made the best of it.
Overall it is a cute house and we enjoyed our stay there.

We had a total of 6 people stay here. 4 adults, 2 older teens and we all fit comfortably. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Location was great. There is a 7 eleven in walking distance that was great for last minute snacks. I appreciated the fact that the cleaners left stuff like cleaning supplies, toiletries, condiments, etc which was helpful! I would definitely recommend.

I stayed here for four nights with my family for my daughters graduation. The home was very clean. The host responded quickly when we had questions. I was very happy with my stay.

Martina has a beautiful home that is very spacious, and has a large fenced in yard which was perfect for my dog. The location was just a quick eight minute drive to the beach, and the drive downtown usually was around twenty minutes. It is a convenient location but it is on a busy road. I put on white noise and could sleep through the sound of the traffic, but I know my mom had trouble because of how loud it was. Martina was excellent at responding to any questions I had, I’m very glad we chose this property

Great property! Our stay was perfect. My college boys lives in Virginia & I came from Texas to spend some time with him while he was on spring break. This location gave us the space to hang out!! Beds were AMAZING. Decor was perfect. Very roomy & so very clean!!

It was the perfect stay inbetween apartments. The two upstairs bedrooms are large. Martina was accessible and accomodating.

The house is beautiful, well furnished, and very clean. We were visiting and attending a baby shower for my daughter, who is stationed and lives in Norfolk. This property is right around the corner from her house, so the location was very convenient for us personally.
From first stepping in, we could tell we found a gem to stay at for the weekend. The kitchen was outfitted thoughtfully and down to detail. We did not need to contact Martina with the exception of the regular checking in and out process, but I am positive anything we needed would have been handled with immediate regard.
I would not hesitate in the least, to stay here again!

My son was deployed and we were able to see him off. We found Martina’s place and immediately booked for our family of 5. We were able to give our son a home cooked meal the night before deployment which turned out so great. We were able to use the gas grill in the backyard on her wonderful patio. We felt safe in the neighborhood and we received a quick response when we had a question. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place especially to anyone visiting the navy base as it’s a short distance. Thank you Martina!
