This Condo is in a great location. Tram car takes you up and down the boardwalk. Plenty of towels, open space Easy entry into everything! Plus elevator and cargo carts. Best time for a great/quick weekend getaway with friends.

The condo was large and met our needs. It unfortunately was not set up with starting supplies like a single roll of toilet paper, a trash bag, etc. as stated it would be in the contract. So bring your own from the beginning. The TV remote in the master bedroom was non-functional (buttons literally removed) and the other remotes would not work in the master, so no TV there. We left messages with the management company, however, the messages were ignored.

Overall the unit was spacious. Had I rented this unit during peak season rates I think I would have lost mind due to how dirty it was. Master shower had used soap and glass was filthy, tile floors were black when I wiped a spill, garbage left in trash, food dried in sink, coffee pot had old coffee stains and needed cleaned, crackers, black ballon pieces and other things on the carpet in the living room. Overall the living/dining room furniture is in desperate need of being steam cleaned and very dirty. I go to Florida during the summer and the building we stay at is spotless unlike this unit. I will not rent here again and most likely never go back to ocean city if this is a sign of how dirty places are there. I gave 3 stars due to the size and potential this unit has and nothing more!

Condo is decorated nicely, peaceful colors throughout. Open floor plan was great for my two girls. Tons of space! By far the best condo we have stayed in while in Ocean City. Felt like home as soon as we walked in. We will definitely be back next year!

We loved the size of the condo! It was spacious and the location on the boardwalk was perfect.

The condo location was perfect. We enjoyed the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants without having to use our car. The condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. The kitchen had all of the dishes, glasses, and pans that we needed. We appreciated the spices and even the PAM. An added bonus for us was that there is a very nice Pack n Play for my 10 month old. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return.

The condo was absolutely beautiful!! It was so roomy and clean and the views were amazing. We will be back for sure!

The place was spacious and clean but, lacking in sheets and blankets for the two queen pull out couches. We arrived Saturday and received the sheets after daily requests 6 days later. They also dont supply extra blankets. !! The blinds in the room with trundle and bunk beds (which can sleep 4) were broken . Couldnt be lowered to darken room from blaring fluorescent hall light. Also no privacy since blinds were constantly stuck in up raised position. We notified the crew upon arrival. Every day we kept asking for a repair or remedy. Our requests were ignored. Nonone could sleep in that room so the others teied to sleepnon the sleeper sofas, with No Bedding supplied! We had to eventually buy black garbage bags to tape over the window. How can the space be advertised for 8-10 to sleep when the pull out couches had no sheets. No pillows. No blankets!!!. . This agency was totally deceiving for the price they charge. I wish i had done a google search of reviews before using This agency. Their iverall score is One Star! Never again will i go through vacasa for a VRBO!!!

This place was beautifully decorated, had tons of space, and the perfect location right on the Boardwalk. The ocean views were incredible!

Large comfortable great location

The place was gorgeous and we had a great time!

Unit was beautiful. Beach was amazing. Sunny weather? 80 degrees the whole time. Didn't like that Vacasa never addressed my issues of not being able to get into the storage shed for the umbrella and chairs. Cost us $200 to rent. I think I should be reimbursed by Vacasa. Master bedroom sliders Didn't open. Jacuzzi had hair in it and the soap dish in the shower stall had whiskers in it. The alarm was chirping every 2 minutes and could hear throughout the unit. Called Vacasa. They told me someone would call me back in half an hour. No response, still chirping. Also called about parking. We needed two spaces. Came back to unit. Only one space availability. Called Vacasa and asked where we should park. Once again they told me they would call me back, no response. So, unit was great. Vacasa left a lot to be desired.

Many repairs needed. Informed VACASA but there was no response from VACASA and no repairs done all week. Reviews from prior renters listed same problems so issues were known but not corrected. Very disappointed with unit based on its price.

Wonderful time. My family loves this place.

This condo had a very comfortable feeling to it. We loved being right on the boardwalk. Great for people watching and easy access to the beach. We got lots of use out of the pool. Some drawbacks included 2 of the old vertical blinds broke off while we were there. There were also holes in the blinds from previous strips breaking off. The living room sliding door was very difficult to open. The outlets along the kitchen wall either would trip or didn't work at all. If these issues were to be addressed we would stay here again.

This LARGE, comfortable, conveniently located condo has many amenities - such as linens included and three on-site parking spaces. The balcony overlooks the boardwalk and you are a short walk from the inlet.

Great location for our family and 3 parking spaces especially appreciated. A couple of maintenance problems were resolved quickly, but wish something more could have been done to sliding doors to deck from living area. Otherwise, we would totally recommend this condo.

Great location. Nice things in condo

We got to property just after check-in at 4pm. The master bed was not made & there were no sheets anywhere not even for the two pull out couches. I called VASCA the mgmt company and was told “my luck...of course you would be the on time client.” A maintenance person brought over sheets & said the cleaning crew could come in 30 mins to make it…we said no thanks & just took the sheets to make ourselves. VASCA advertises they provide properties with exceptional cleaning…it was far from exceptional because we cleaned gum off the floors in multiple places, the glass shower walls looked liked someone sprayed them but the spray just dried, etc…we verified not exceptional. When we returned to the property the foyer & 1st bedroom carpet were flooded. We called maintenance & they said thanks for calling we will be over but when asked for estimated arrival we were told “don’t know because we are really busy.” They never came so after letting the water sit for 6 hours, we took the only thing we could find (white towels) to clean it up…they were no longer white…the water was filthy. We searched for the source of the water issue & it was from power washers who didn’t cover the entry correctly so it came into the property pretty significantly. We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties so not sure if this property has owners but they should change their mgmt company for sure. We even removed door mats left on the staircase to dry from the power washing to prevent someone from falling. The property is beautiful…great view…amazing location…nicely decorated but we didn’t discover the outside closet until check-out that supposedly held the beach chairs, beach toys, etc that were advertised with the property & was around the corner of the front door…no information on its location & unable to open the closet cuz locked & no key. We would have appreciated to have that information and access from the start. When we took our items down to the car we opened the front door to find a huge bag of towels and sheets, etc sitting by the front door…I guess for the next guests. The checkout time is way too early especially if it’s not going to be ready within the 6 hours of check-out and check-in. FYI the property advertises 3 parking spaces…2 we’re by each other…the 3rd a few spaces down which we found out ourselves since again no communication. The pool was not up and running so make sure to ask. If I was the owner of this property I would change mgmt
