We had the two-home buyout and the property was perfect for our large group. Nice house with modern amenities. As stated, not too far from the bustle of downtown and very close to a grocery store- bonus. The communication with the management company was timely and professional. The only disappointment was the cleanliness/ maintenance needs of one of the houses. The window sills, blinds, and baseboards were dusty, one of the valances on the blinds was broken on one side, and the hand towel rack in the primary bath was coming apart. Not terrible but a little unsettling. On a positive note, it was nice to have coffee, spices, and even a welcome bottle of Tennessee whiskey. Thanks for that.

Our stay was incredible. It's not too far away from downtown and other great things to do and see.

Easy travel to Broadway by Uber. Neighborhood was quiet. Houses were clean and accommodating!

Amazing

It was easy to get ubers quickly and for 6 people it was about $7 TOTAL to get to broadway. We had 2 houses next door to each other which made it easy to gather--PLENTY of space in the living room/kitchen for all of us to gather for meals and games.

It was only a 6 minute Uber drive to Broadway. Property was nice and check in/check out process was so easy.

The beds were so comfortable, the whole house was wonderful!! We celebrated our twins 21st birthday and hit Broadway in Nashville every night! The area was a little sketchy if you ventured too far one way, but other than that the property felt safe and had no issues!
