House was as advertised. Modern amenities and very well stocked. Safe neighborhood with park next door. Pool was warm and clean. John & Lisa were very available and responsive. I'd stay again if ever in area.

The house was very clean, well stocked and fit our family.The issue was the 4 barking and howling dogs in the neighbor’s back yard. We stayed at the home for almost a month and the dogs barked or howled every day starting at 7: 00 am and continued on/off all day. Wished they had disclosed the dog issue. When I texted her about the dogs, Lisa stated they were an issue.

This home is exceptionally clean, fully equipped and has all the comforts you need to feel at home. The backyard was relaxing with a beautiful heated pool, fire pit and patio. Owners were always available for questions. Location in a quiet area, only 10 mins to Westgate Entertainment District.

We had a fabulous stay! The house was beautiful, well equipped, very clean, great neighborhood, and comfortable beds. There was plenty of room inside and out for our family of 8. Everything was perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with our family. We would absolutely book again.

We love Phoenix in the winter! This house is on a great lot-end of colder with just grass and a trail on one side. Great pool and outdoor living. The home had everything we needed and is well maintained. John and Lisa were great hosts. Very responsive and accommodating!

I really can't say enough about this beautiful, comfortable home. My family really enjoyed our stay. The owners were responsive and very nice. All of the appliances are new and top knotch. The pool was really nice and the backyard was great. I would definitely stay there again.

The home was awesome! Fully stocked with everything you would need. Pool was heated prior to arrival which was awesome for my kids. Asp nice to have the park and all the grass right next door for the kids to play why we got ready in the mornings. The owner was extremely responsive as well.

We had a great stay in this house. The house was near Camelback Ranch, with great restaurants, coffee, and grocery stores. The layout of the house was excellent, and we enjoyed the backyard. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was immaculate. John and Lisa were highly responsive; this was one of the better VRBOs we've ever stayed at.

Our family stay here was exceptional, exactly as we expected based off the listing. The entire house (inside and outside) is beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has nice appliances. The area is quite quiet too. John and Lisa were the best hosts, our communication with them was always very pleasant and they were always very quick to respond. The house is near anything you would want to get to (golf courses, shopping, the stadium etc..). Really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everyone in my family all mentioned a few times they would want to come back to this place, should we come back to the area. Thanks for an amazing stay, John and Lisa!

After not travelling for 3 years, it was such a PLEASURE to find this property for our family to enjoy on our first family vacation in a long time. John and Lisa were amazing and attentive hosts, extremely helpful leading up to our trip in providing locations for grocery stores, restaurants and things to do. They were equally available throughout the trip and a pleasure to communicate with. The house is BEAUTIFUL--CLEAN and has everything you need! The pool---the firepit---the backyard---was an oasis and a wonderful escape from the reality of life back in Canada. Having it heated made it possible to swim during chilly days and evenings. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and we hope to come back again soon!

We were in Phoenix for a family reunion and decided on a road trip from the Chicago area.
We stayed in Santa Fe for 2 nights, should have stayed longer because there is so much to see and do. We will be back. And hopefully this unit is available, the location is walking distance to everything

My family stayed at this property for 10 days. We had friends join us for 4 of those days to golf. Absolutely beautiful home, clean, tons of towels. All the appliances looked brand new. Owners are quick to respond to any questions. We took full advantage of the pool as it was hot! We extended our stay 1 day to attend a concert we managed to get tickets for and it was not a problem. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Very clean and comfortable.
Every one in the family loves the place very comfortable and beautiful it felt like home . Property managers responded right away when I had a question. I had to go out and get trash bags and toilet paper but found it in a drawer later . Kitchen had everything I needed . We made dinner both nights I was there every thing was perfect .

We visit Arizona once a year. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were great to work with. They replied immediately when asked questions. The house was beautiful, it felt like home. We definitely recommend this house.

Great Accomodations
This house was just what we needed for our trip. This was a multi-family trip. We espcially loved how one bed was lower to the ground which was great for the kids. It was large enough for us to hang out but also get some space. We used the pool, pool toys, & bbq. Everything worked just as it should. We even utilized the playground and park right next door, which the kids appreciated.
There is no street parking at night, so if you have more than 2 cars, you'll need to find a nearby parking lot to drop one off.
This house is close to our friends' so, we'll be keeping this place on our list of frequents.

My daughter had a regional golf tournament at wigwam. The location and the host was perfect! The beds were extra comfy!
