The property is immaculate and comfortable. Excellent location close to beach, ice cream, convenience store. Loved the neighborhood! House had everything you could possibly need and more!! Backyard was a beautiful place to gather to eat drink or just chill. Definitely would go back. Property manager was quick to respond with questions or extra paper products. Wonderful vacation home!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sea Lodge, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a spotlessly clean and well-maintained vacation rental that exceeded all our expectations. The lodge's attention to detail was commendable; they provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing us to prepare our meals effortlessly. It was like a home away from home - cozy, convenient, and well-appointed. One of the best highlights of Sea Lodge was its location. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it was just a short walk away from the beach. We were treated to breathtaking sunsets and endless days of sun, sand, and sea. The convenience of having the beach nearby made our vacation even more enjoyable. In conclusion, I highly recommend Sea Lodge for anyone seeking a tranquil beach getaway. With its immaculate cleanliness, abundance of amenities, and proximity to the ocean, we had an incredible time and made unforgettable memories. We can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

Our welcome to RI began when we entered Sea Lodge. What a lovely, spotless home with every accommodation to make our family’s stay comfortable and memorable. Owners of this property deserve high praise and kudos as does property manager, Kelly, who responded immediately to a question or two and who and made the process of staying at Sea Lodge a smooth experience.

We were in town for the RI Marathon that my son ran. The location was perfect! The house was amazing and it was so well stocked I wish we were there longer than the weekend to be able to use the indoor & the outdoor kitchens. it was very close to downtown, it was actually easier to take a 7 minute uber ride than find parking. Kelly, thank you for greeting us on arrival, it was nice to know you were only an email away if we had any questions. We hope to see you again!

This home is even more beautiful than the pictures portray! The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked for someone who loves to cook. Several different sitting areas within the home are perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee/tea or a cocktail. We cannot wait to come back in summertime to enjoy the several outdoor seating spaces with outdoor grill! Even though we visited in the winter, we so enjoyed bundling up and sitting on decks looking at the water. The views to Easton's beach and the Cliff Walk were incredible! We were able to walk the beach and run the Cliff Walk from the house and proximity to town was perfect - just a 5 minute drive in! All of the beds were so comfortable and the master suite, with extra sitting area, enormous closets and spacious bathroom felt like such a retreat. The kids enjoyed watching movies on the third floor at night from the 2 cozy couches! This stay could not have been more perfect, and this will definitely be our go-to- rental whenever we stay in Newport (which after this visit, will hopefully be quite often)! Cannot say enough good things!

Communication with Kelly was great from the start! She answered all of my questions, and even provided restaurant recommendations at my request. And I can tell you, her recommendation did not disappoint! I knew the property was going to be beautiful, but it was even better than the pictures - great layout with the kitchen/dining room being the hub of the house. The kitchen has every imaginable item you would need to cook with; and unlike other properties we have stayed at, there were plenty of food staples available (spices and other dried goods). Kelly left a beautiful, welcome basket for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The Wolf coffee machine was a bonus! The bedroom layouts were generous and the bathrooms have plenty of space. And, the views from the house are captivating! Beds are comfortable, linens fresh and plentiful, and the house guide includes all info one needs. The location was perfect - close to Newport, grocery stores, and a 30 minute drive to PVD airport. We will definitely come back if we find ourselves in RI again! Thanks, Kelly!

The house is on the Middletown side of the beach with a view of the Breakers mansion across the bay. We walked to dinner and to the beach. We spent the week of Thanksgiving and cooked a traditional Thanksgiving meal. This worked well because the house is equipped with Wolf appliances and all the cookware and serving gear you could want. The first day was like a kitchen scavenger hunt discovering all the gear. The Wolf coffee machine was fun to use each morning before sitting on the deck watching the sunrise. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the water and about 50 yards to the beach entrance.

We had a fantastic stay. The house was clean and very well appointed and equipped (great master closet). Ample room for all of us (6 girls) and gorgeous views. Walking to cliff walk was a bonus. Kelly was great, very communicative and attended to all our needs (including offering to get a juice squeezer but we found it!). Outside living was easy and comfortable. We hope to come back!

Stayed here for our wedding weekend and couldn’t have been happier! Plenty of space for all the ladies to get ready and great views the entire time. The amenities were all top of the line and brand new, the outside area was incredible to hang out with a group, and a great location. Kelly the property manager was very helpful and communicative the entire time.

The Sea Lodge was a gorgeous home with plenty of space for our group and comfy lodging! It was in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to the heart of Newport (~5-10 min drive). We would definitely come back!

I had a lovely time at Sea Lodge. Have been renting in this neighborhood for years, but first time staying in this house. Water views are fantastic, the house is very well appointed and there are very high end finishes, especially in the kitchen. I loved the outdoor grilling and entertaining space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook many meals as well as take on a few baking projects. Several Sonos speakers throughout the house were really useful and fun. Loved the special Wolf coffee machine. Would definitely return again!

The Sea Lodge was a beautiful home with wonderful space both indoors and outdoors. Kitchen/dining area were wonderful for our family of 10. The back courtyard offered space for grilling and eating and the firepit area for relaxing on a cool night was wonderful. The spectacular sunset views of Easton Beach, water and Mansions/Cliff Walk were with the trip! Walking to beach and easy access to Newport, Second Beach and Wildly Refuge made the Sea Lodge a perfect getaway place. We would definite come back!

This home was lovely and to say it was clean was an understatement. Spotless with every amenity you could imagine. We stayed in July with our two children, ages 7 and 3. The beach was in walking distance and the yard was fenced in with a fire pit/lounge area, table and chairs, and a grill/bar area. Water views from each floor- the third being just spectacular. You overlooked the beach as well as the cliff walk. High end amenities- loved the built in Wolf espresso and coffee maker each morning. Convenient to Newport for dinners. We would love to return next summer!

Sea Lodge is an awesome house in a fabulous location. My family enjoyed every aspect of this gorgeous home. It’s easy access to the beach made it the perfect choice for our summer vacation!

House was exactly as pictured. The master suite was gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Plentiful beds for our group, as well as beds. Amenities were so thoughtful and appreciated. The house is absolutely gorgeous - we all wished we could stay there forever! The location was walkable to lots of peaceful places (beach, etc.) and an easy Uber/drive to downtown Newport (6 minutes away). We walked to dinner one night - I think that was about 6 minutes as well, and it was delicious. Overall we really loved it. Kelly was also extremely accommodating regarding a few checkin/checkout requests, and was overall really responsive! If we come back to Newport, this would be a first pick for us again!

We stayed here for a girls weekend, Grandmoms, Moms, Daughters. The home was beautiful with no detail overlooked from the decor to the amenities. The views were even better than what they show in the pictures! In addition, the property manager Kelly was very responsive and happy to answer any questions we had! We will definitely be back!

This property was beautiful and enjoyed by all. The home was gorgeous, spacious and also had an amazing outdoor entertaining area. The third floor was a bunk room and worked out well for us but may be an issue for those seeking privacy. Great location for all our needs and we had a wonderful time!
