Excellent property, convenient to literally everything from Walmart-Restaurants. Beautiful view of the ocean. It rained one day and it was no problem because of the indoor pool with an ocean view and hot tub. The kids especially loved the lazy River and fast flowing water slide.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in orange beach. Great location. Clean, friendly, and quiet.

This condo was absolutely amazing! It is extremely spacious with all but one room having floor to ceiling windows. It is nicely updated. The kitchen has ample amount of storage in the cabinets as well as a nice size pantry. The wet bar off the kitchen, with additional ice maker, was the perfect extra addition. The location is perfect and it’s easy to get down to the beach. This unit also has an additional storage room outside of the condo which was very helpful to keep all of our beach items and chairs. We did have a lot of trouble with the bedroom TV’s not working but this was not at all a game changer for us. We also didn’t really like the fact you had to pay $55 per car for parking. But again, not a game changer. All in all, this was the perfect unit with plenty of space for our family of 14. We had a great time and will rent this condo again!

We’ve stayed in other Phoenix properties and this one was our favorite. Great location and seemed less crowded than others. Coastal next door is a fantastic restaurant.

Our stay was amazing! The condo was clean, gorgeous view and great amenities. We locked ourselves out of the room and the property owner was quick to answer my phone call and easy to speak with to get back into the condo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great view from the balcony and three of the bedrooms. Large family room. This was a fantastic place for our vacation. We enjoyed the lazy river and pool as well as being on the beach. Orange Beach is very nice and not crowded The check-in and out process was very easy and the condo was very spacious. Our children all had a great time. Great place for families to interact. We will definitely be back!

3rd year in a row in these condos. First year in this unit. They are all pretty much the same. Plenty of space for 4 families, easy access to beach and lazy river with slide is awesome too. This unit, the bed mattresses, in most the rooms, need to be replaced but I have slept on worse. Overall very pleasant stay. Would go back.

We had a great time! Beautiful weather and a lovely condo for our entire family and grandparents to enjoy. We love the location and hope to stay here again soon!

Impressed with everything

This condo was wonderful. With it being an end unit we had beautiful views everywhere. We were a large group of 8 adults and 2 little ones and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were so comfortable. The space was quiet, we never heard the neighbors. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants. We walked to several locations. Our son loved the pool and all its amenities with the slide and lazy river. We highly recommend this rental!!

Right on the beach-great location! Close to all our favorite restaurants and two grocery stores across the street. Great 4 bedroom layout, very comfortable for 5 adults and baby. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Would recommend this place!

Beautiful property!! Easy access to unit with only a short walk to elevators from parking and from elevators to front door. The unit was very cleaned and stocked. Our family of 8 including 2 children had everything we needed. The extra storage for beach items across the hall was an added bonus. I can't say enough about this unit. We decided to stay an extra night and had quick response from owners on adding another night. I will for sure stay here again!!

This condo was perfect for us. We had grandparents and adult kids , a pre teen and three grandkids with us. The 4 bedrooms were nice size - all with adjoining bathrooms. The whole condo has high ceilings which adds to the spacious feeling. Of course, the fabulous views were beautiful. We saw the sunrise and the sunset from our windows and from the deck. We liked the options to dine out on the deck as well as indoors. Seating inside accommodated 10 plus room for two highchairs. Table seating on the deck allowed for 6. All appliances worked well. Linens were well stocked. We encountered nice personnel at the front desk. The condo is easily accessible to local groceries and carry out food and ice cream. We walked to many of these. A BIG plus : the Phoenix Orange Beach elevators worked quickly and smoothly, which allowed us easy access from the 14th floor to the pool and beach. We liked the storage unit for beach items. Please keep this feature for future guests ! The lobby is nice for additional workspace or quiet & comfortable view of the ocean. Thank you to the owners for a fabulous location for our family trip. Everyone had a great time , making new memories.

This unit had very small amount of cooking utensils, pots.pans. It was Thanksgiving. 2 blankets for 4 bedrooms and 1 couch. This will be the last time I stay in a Phoenix.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at this lovely condo! It was perfect for our girl’s trip and had everything we needed. The place was super clean and updated amazingly well. The ice machine was a game changer for beach days. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as the proximity to the grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again, no questions.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the property and location was. We have stayed in many locations such as OBX NC, Virginia Beach, Tampa and others. The property was excellent and the Beach was at the top of our list. We've had more than one person say "The Beach in Alabama? What?" We told them they are missing out if they do not go.
