Great experience from the get go. I needed a place that was big enough for me and other family members. This home was the perfect spot. All communication was with Kim and she was helpful in every way. The home was clean and in a very good neighborhood. I would stay here again. Book this home, you won’t be disappointed!

The house was perfect for our family gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this property and our host was awesome!

My adult children and their families came to Ocean Springs for a family event. I live here, but wanted a place large enough for us all to stay together, since they don’t often get to see each other. The ages of my grands ranged from 4 years to 23 years old. This lovely home suited our needs perfectly with its split floor plan and spacious rooms. Everyone was able to spread out, and we could put the little ones down in the evening without being concerned that the usual adult activities would disturb them. It was very clean, tastefully decorated with a coast casual vibe. The fenced back yard was wonderful for the younger boys to run around, and the neighborhood was a beautiful place to go for long evening runs/walks for the active adults. I had a couple of questions for the owner and she replied quickly. I highly recommend this rental for anyone who needs the space and wants a convenient location with great amenities.

Our stay at Gulf Hills was comfortable, and clean. The directions were easy to follow. The Gulf Hills neighborhood was very beautiful and quiet. The home featured 2 master bedrooms, each with a bathroom , and 2 guest bedrooms sharing a bath. The den area was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with essentials. Kimberly was quick to communicate with us prior to arrival and got us squared away on some details. Enjoyed our stay very much!

I Love , love love this quiet, roomy house . It was a wonderful experience being my first time in an Air B&B. This house had it all , big backyard, bedrooms spacious with comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms. Will would love to rent again . Pictures on its listing was just as it looked. And I appreciate the immediate response and accommodations by Kimberly. Great host.

Kim was a gem to work with! The house is very spacious and is decorated in a cute coastal theme, and even offered a great fenced yard for kiddos/pets! The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to lots of things to do! I recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

It felt just like home.

This property was very nice and well accommodating for our group of five. We arrived early and still were able to check in. Overall very close to food spots and activities to enjoy. I was very pleased with our stay. The owner communicates well and in timely fashion.

Clean and perfect for a weekend couples getaway. Great location to access Ocean Springs, or head over to Biloxi. Neighborhood even has a restaurant by the golf course.

Kimberly was excellent and the property was clean and organized. It was easy to access and the location was great. We would definitely rent here again.

Large lovely home with big back yard in nice neighborhood. Kim was very good with entry info and responded quickly to any emails. We did not do any cooking, but kitchen was well stocked for anyone wishing to do so. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Mrs Kimberly is very responsive and a joy to work with. The house is gorgeous and works perfectly for a group. Exactly as described, if not better. Not to mention, the neighbors all seemed very nice, we had a great stay.

Would very highly recommend. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Kim was so easy to work with on all levels. Everything is supplied with house. The only thing we had to purchase was food which really helped with budget. The house is just a short drive to the beaches. We had a group of 12, mostly teenagers, and there was more than enough room for everyone. We all had so much fun and enjoyed it so much that we plan to make it a yearly trip.

If you have rules with zero tolerance, they need to be in bold written or highlighted. "DO NOT or NOT ALLOWED" Communication need to be better, could have at least contacted one of the renters to let us know that we have to leave and the reason why.
