I stayed with a group of ladies for our annual get away. The home is as described. We used to pool and hot tub daily. The primary shower is wonderful with duel shower heads. The beds are comfortable. We'd stay again, however, we like to visit new locations every year.

Our stay was amazing! This beautiful house had something for everyone. Our group consisted of 5 adults, 3 teens, and 2 children. The pool was a favorite. However, it is not heated unless you request it and you are charged an additional fee of $100 per day (just an FYI). The hot tub & sauna were big hits with the adults & the kids enjoyed the game room. It was clean & up-to-date. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough bathrooms for our large group. The kitchen is nice and spacious. Although, the smoke alarms are highly sensitive and they went off a few times during our stay. Visiting the Edmonds marina was one of our favorite outings. There are so many beautiful parks and trails to explore. We are very happy with trip and rental and we look forward to visiting again in the future. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful overall, it’s very clean, got all the necessary equipment we needed. The host was very helpful, helping me with questions that I have for. And the pool and spa was just perfect, a good way to spend our days here with friends and family. I’ll definitely come back here.

This property is one of the absolute best we have ever rented! Kely is a super awesome host, answering questions about the are even before we got there! Any questions we asked were promptly answered with pertinent information. The property is as described but more! It was the perfect place for our family base for the festivities around my daughter’s wedding. We would definitely come back!

Resort feel family home. Perfect for our family reunion to reconnect in comfort and style. Everything was perfection. We really enjoyed the pooll. It was very clean and private. The balcony overlooking the pool was a favorite gathering spot. Kitchen was well stocked and the house was very comfortable for us all to have are own space and spread out. We took a morning walk on the Interurban trail accessed from a nearby park less than a 10-minute drive away. There were many great restaurants to choose from. Everyone had the best time. Host Kely was amazing and very accommodating. We highly recommend this lovely home and hope to return for another stay in the future.

Our family of 12 spent a week at the house and enjoyed our time there. We had plenty of individual and common space and were able to enjoy the various amenities: hot tub, pool, game room, outdoor patio area, and grill. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Kely was super responsive to our questions and requests. The house is nicely located to downtown Edmonds and a managable drive to downtown Seattle and Sea-Tac airport. The only issue is that the commuter train is fairly limited on its schedule so not necessarily a great option to get into Seattle with a large group.

If we ever find ourselves back in the area we will stay here again. Something for everyone and so nice! Playroom was great entertainment and the pool/ hot tub were kept up nicely. Kid and adult friendly. The host replied back within minutes and was very helpful. 10/10

We had 10 family members staying here very comfortably for a total of 7 nights, enjoying the hot tub, pool, game room and outdoor patio area. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. Kely was super responsive to our questions and requests. Would definitely come back!

We chose this home do to the proximity to our medical office appointments for that week. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the game room. The hot tub was great. Had trouble heating the pool due to the poor weather. Kely was incredible getting back to us with all our annoying questions. She was very gracious and made our stay easy. I highly recommend this property. Only 10 minutes from the Puget Sound!

This place had everything we needed. We had a retreat for a group of health care workers and teachers. We loved spending time at this house. The kitchen was well equipped and pleasant to cook in. We loved playing the games and just relaxing in the ample living rooms. We didn’t have time to use the pool, hot tub, or sauna but everything looked great! We also loved the location, as we could easily get to Seattle and surrounding towns. The host was easy to contact and very kind. We would all stay again!

Arriving on the coldest day of the year and having a heating system that was not working is definitely not ideal. Yet, Kely was right on top responding to our requests and inquiries to make things better.
We got many home heaters (fully refunded by the owner) and spent the night warm. The next morning (Christmas Eve day) we received an early visit from a rather nice repairman who understood the issues with the heating system and solved those in 20 minutes. In no time the house went to 70F and all of us had rekindle our Christmas spirit.
The house has large bedrooms for all our adult children and their spouses and we all felt very comfortable making cookies and memories together. The hot-tub was rather nice too for many conversations under the Seattle rain. Yes, there were problems but Kely solved each of them right away and with flying colors. I will recommend this property fully and in the future, we would love to return in the winter or summer.

We rented this property for a small gathering of family and friends. It was such a great place for a get-together! We loved the pool, game room, and awesome kitchen. The bedrooms are wonderfully furnished and we were able to have 5 couples stay the night in complete comfort.

Best property I’ve ever rented. House was immaculate and stocked with anything and everything you’d need for a stay. Cleaned the pool twice during our stay. We will rent this property again!

We had wonderful time at Edmonds Villa. It was a great location for seeing the sites in the Seattle area. The house was very nice and the amenities were great. The pool and hot tub were awesome, especially for the children! Kely did a great job of communicating with us. We highly recommend this location!!!!

Kely is an amazing host! She was quick to respond and troubleshoot our problems. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi during our stay was not working but Kely was quick and helpful while we tried to get it to work. She went even as far as to work pool maintenance to come in the next day of our stay. Turns out there was a part that needed replacing. Although we were looking forward to the Jacuzzi at this property, it was out of our control. She definitely deserves more than 5 stars!

We had wonderful time at Edmonds Villa. It was a great location for seeing the sites in the Seattle area. The house was very nice and the amenities were great. The pool and hot tub were awesome, especially for the children! Kely did a great job of communicating with us. We highly recommend this location!!!!

Our two families (four adults and six children) enjoyed this beautiful property. We appreciated all the extra amenities like coffee, lots of towels and pillows. The pool was a hit and so was the game room.

We loved this property and was perfect for spending a couple of nights to celebrate with friends. The owner is super helpful with anything you need. Used the pool and hottub despite the snow and cold. The owner made sure it was heated for us. Lot's to do at this house.
