Nice hotel, staff incredibly helpful, breakfast very good, but really noisy. Ground floor room and could hear the person above walking around in the night and at 6 in the morning. Room was straight on to the parking lot and from 7.30 am we had men on motorbikes right next to the window talking, unpacking and repacking. Lots of road and train noise. A great hotel if you dont like sleeping.

It’s an old property. There is certain smell in the room or from the air conditioner which I do not care for. I am very sensitive to smell. It’s just an old hotel. Will not stay there again. The reason I stay booked the hotel because it the only hotel in town n3 mins from my parents home. Sorry Best Western. It’s too old.

Everything was great only problem was the room 146 has a door outside the bangs every 15 min and will drive you crazy, very loud and disruptive.

This is our go to place when we stay in the Seattle area. There is a bar and grill across from the back parking lot. If you can walk a bit farther, the water front is nearby with several restaurants and shops as well as a beach. There is also the Edmonds Marsh nature area right by the motel. The ferry dock is close by. Breakfast was available with waffles, several hot items, cereal yogurt, etc. The staff is very nice and one of them helped me with my bag. We'll be back.

There was a mix-up in the room I booked and the room we received. But after discussing it and new room assigned it was great. Breakfast was very delicious and so many choices, and all was very fresh.The gals cleaning our room were so nice and very good. Easy access to beach and wait to many places. It was perfect.

I stayed in my room for the most part, and I was really comfortable, even with it hot outside. It was nice to be able to get the room the temperature I wanted. The breakfast available was okay but not always common sense. I wasn't sure how to use the pancake maker. Overall a fine stay.

Nice folks working but unfortunately the curtains don’t close all the way and the parking lot light shone directly into our room, making it difficult to sleep. Housekeeping is a tough job but they could be a little quieter when turning over rooms, for those folks. This is not the hotel to book if you need some R&R, but is in a nice spot just a block from the ferry terminal, pier and great restaurants.

The hotel is old and somewhat run down. The upholstery on furniture in our room was faded, looked dingy. The room smelled very strongly of carpet cleaner and we had to keep the fan on high and the window open the entire time we were there. Shower/tub and cabinetry all old, bathroom etc. Felt like a $84 hotel not a $284 hotel. The price was really ridiculous for the quality.

The location was great, and breakfast was very convenient. The hotel itself was mostly clean. The carpet was old and needed to be replaced. We could hear dogs barking in other rooms while we were getting ready for bed.
