This property was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions. We couldn’t have been happier.

We had a great stay at this Lake Lanier property. Kitchen was well equipped, views were amazing, and there was plenty of room for a small birthday party we hosted for family in the area. Property manager was very responsive. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great view & location on Lake Lanier. We felt the house wasn’t quite ready for hosting Vrbo guests. Several items listed as being available at the house were missing like hair dryer, iron/ironing board, blender, there were TVs but no hook up for cable/satellite (just TVs), a “second gazebo” . Overwhelming smell of fresh paint on lower level. Construction of a missing upper deck railing was attempted while we were seeking a quiet weekend. Owner should have told us about this before we rented. Should have been done before guests arrived. Big safety issue! Kitchen needs bakeware. Plenty of plastic to store foods but nothing to bake in. Lamps needed in rooms as only blight overhead lighting available. There was no place to put clothing. We lived out of suitcases. No hangers in closets. Lower lever bathroom door doesn’t close. Recommend black-colored washcloths for makeup removal; asking ladies not to use supplied washcloths is not reasonable.

Due to an unexpected construction problem on our home, we had to vacate for 7-10 days. So while this was not a vacation, the home was lovely and a great fit for our needs. Ray was a pleasure to deal with and was very understanding of our situation. The house was comfortable and had almost everything you would need, especially in the kitchen. The neighbors were friendly and the area was quiet. This would definitely be a place we would rent in the spring/summer to utilize the lake.
