I stayed here for a week in June with some friends. We were looking for something roomier but affordable and this fit the bill. It was as advertised and met all our needs. The beds were comfy enough, the kitchen had most things we needed, and despite not having a car we were able to get all over the Seattle Tacoma area with busses and uber. The only main downside is the noise from the upstairs unit that is also rented out. During our stay there were two different families that stayed upstairs from us. We could sometimes hear their conversations (muffled) and movements and were woken up a few times in the middle of the night or early morning as a result. We're not particularly light sleepers so this is noteworthy. If you are a light sleeper you'll want earplugs. Otherwise the place was great!

First of all, know that we ended up being put in the unit that is upstairs in the property. So, I cannot speak about the downstairs unit that is listed here. However, the overall property is very nice and our stay in the upstairs unit was great. Very clean with nice furnishings and thoughtful touches. The beds/pillows were wonderful, the towels perfect and thoughtful touches like tableside lamps with usb ports for device charging were provided. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
