It was our first time in boulder. The location of the house was perfect and fit our family nicely.

Great property and so nice to be walking distance to all the great places on Pearl Street.

A perfect place for five friends to share our common birthday year of 1953. There was plenty of room inside to sit, talk, prepare meals and sip some wine. When the back deck seemed warm we went to the front porch. The location was amazing. Restaurants and coffee shops were within 2 blocks. It was a perfect few days to enjoy friends without a tv to interrupt

We enjoyed the lovely house! It’s very comfortable and nicely decorated. We did a concert at Red Rocks, hiked, shopped and had great dinners on Pearl Street. It’s very walkable! The backyard is cute with beautiful trees, bunnies, and squirrels. Thank you!

This is a charming home 2 min walk to Pearl street shops and restaurants. We enjoyed coffee or wine on the front porch hanging swing. Everything you could possibly need was provided in kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable, adequate closet space and luggage racks, gas fireplace was enjoyable on cool evenings, lovely reading chairs with ottomans and reading lamps, dining area surrounded in windows and plants was quaint area to eat. There are some great upgrades, some outdatedness, but overall was an excellent home for our Boulder hiking vacation. Amazing master bath but could use better lighting. There are 3 bedrooms, the second full bath is in basement with the 3rd bedroom. We were 2 couples, one couple stayed in basement to be by the full bath. Easy check in, check out, no problems to report. We would stay at this property again.

Very comfortable house, close to pearl St. Loved the area wonderful place to stay. Rent a Bicycle very close. Restaurants abound.

The home worked out perfectly for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. There was plenty of space for everyone and room for us to gather and eat meals together. The location couldn’t be better, we could walk to Pearl street and to campus easily. Communication was great, very responsive and flexible. I would highly recommend.

This is beautiful, well maintained historic home. It is well equipped for a family stay. The sidewalks were safely cleared of snow and ice. A fantastic location to Pearl Street.

I stayed at 922 spruce for an extended stay (two months) and was sad to leave! You’ll be hard pressed to find a better location if you want to be in the heart of it all. Steps to Pearl St. and downtown Boulder and just a few blocks from trails, parks, creek and canyon. The home is very well appointed and has everything you need for an extended stay. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom on the main level feels like you’re in spa. The owners are very attentive if you need anything and happy to accommodate any requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

This house worked out great for bringing our family together for Christmas. Five of us stayed here for six nights and had plenty of space, and we were able to have dinner for 12. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, an important consideration as we all like to cook. Pearl Street is right out the back door. Outside of the commercial area, the neighborhood is worth many walks on its own - bring your camera. Mt. Sanitas is a great hike, and the trailhead is a short walk away. The management team was very responsive. Note, there is an upstairs apartment, with a completely separate entrance, that we were initially unaware of when booking. Though occupied during our stay, we hardly noticed. It would be nice to stay here again when we could take advantage of dining out at the nearby restaurants.
