This is our second stay at this property and each time has been great, the host is very informative and always attentive and prompt when questions needed answering. The place is clean and comfortable with so much attention to detail and has all the amenities for a home away from home. This will be my home away from home whenever I visit family in Danville, VA. Thanks Ms Rebecca for being such a gracious host.

This was truly a gem found in Danville with lovely renovations throughout. Four spacious bedrooms, lovely living room and formal dining area, plus an eat-in kitchen, screened in porch, and wonderful family room and game room (with an extra kitchen and bedroom in this area). Exceptionally clean, good Wi-Fi, all in a safe area of town. Single car driveway. Stairs to front door and screened porch. Nice back yard. Excellent communication with owners.

The Grove Park House is an excellent place to stay. The house was very clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Rebecca was an exceptional host. The house was well equipped and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay during racing weekend at VIR! Nice, safe, quiet location. There is a potential to park a trailer on the street if you need to. Great and spacious house-close to everything in Danville and ~25 min to the track. Quick communication from the owner! We will be back!

The house is easy to get to and centrally located to pretty much everything. There is off street parking which was nice. Very close to a FoodLion for groceries and to the Danville River District. We really enjoyed the River District for the coffee shop and restaurants, walking path along the river, and all of the great old industrial buildings. We were in town for an event at VIR which isn't too far away from the house. While there for the long weekend we visited Bricktown Brewery and Mucho Taqueria for dinners, Links Coffee House Cafe for lunch and lattes, and Crema & Vine for lattes. All were very good. The house was great, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen, and a screened porch. There is a TV in the master bedroom and in the living room setup for streaming and Xfinity WiFi throughout. It was cold and snowy, but the back yard has a great seating area around a firepit with lots of privacy due to the tall trees. We saw lots of birds and squirrels and even a couple deer came through one night and munched on the roses. The host was great with prompt communication and easy check-in and check-out procedures. Overall a great stay for our family of 3 for a long weekend. When we find ourselves in Danville again, we will certainly not hesitate to stay here again.

Very comfortable with all necessary amenities. Convenient to both VA and NC. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch listening to the birds and chatting, and the star-gazing is lovely too. There are some steps required to get in the house or backyard, but handrails help. The house features a well-outfitted eat-in kitchen with coffee station, dining room for 6, comfy beds with beautiful fine wood headboards, ample pillows, big bath towels, and comfortable household temperature. No odors, squeaky doors, or bugs in the house. Good water pressure, city water, and lots of hot water so shower and dishwasher can be used simultaneously. Ceiling fans above beds, USB charging ports in nightstand lamps, lovely wall art, live plants, and even a crockpot. The big fenced-in backyard with large old trees and a fire ring out back with Adirondack chairs was an extra bonus that we enjoyed. Felt right at home. Rebecca was welcoming, responsive, and helpful with any of our needs and questions. Do explore the River District of Danville (shopping, restaurants, beautiful homes, Riverwalk). There is a Food Lion, restaurants, and gas station within 5 minutes. Quiet but convenient location. We would happily stay here again.

This stay was such a great experience! The home was well decorated. The snacks were well loved by our kids! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Danville!
