We only stayed one night and we loved it. Home was clean and beautiful the kids enjoyed the pool out back and the pool at the club house. The kitchen was nice but we didn't use it. We will be back.

Great trip, house was great for our family Christmas! The pool was heated and so nice to come home from a long day at Disney and go swimming with family before bed.

Wonderful property. Great location. Enough to do for varying age groups and enough space for family gatherings. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend.

The property was beautiful! Our family absolutely loved it! The check in and out process was smooth, there was plenty of parking for all 3 of our vehicles. We had a slight issue with the Internet and the owners were prompt to help us fix it and all was well after that. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone. We look forward to coming back again!

The home was very clean which we appreciated very much. Make sure you screenshot the door code before you get there - cell service was spotty and I couldn’t get the email to pull up for about ten minutes after we got there. It was standard checkin time so it may have just been VRBO’s site but it was quite frustrating (no fault to the owner). Plan on extra time to check in because the line at the gate was quite long when we got there. Loved that there was an abundance of toilet paper! The home was perfect for what we needed and we greatly enjoyed the private pool as well as the neighborhood amenities.

Our family had a great time at this location! Everything was clean and everything we needed was handy. The property owners were easily accessible and responded instantly to any questions. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

The property is in a great resort location. The amentinies did not disappoint. Property had plenty of kitchen and cleaning supplies so we did not have to get them separately. I would defi itely return next time if staying at Orlando.

This is a nice property laid out fairly well with two master suites and an additional children's bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. A total of four bathrooms (3 up and 1 down) accommodated our party of twelve nicely. The big pluses: Owners were fantastic. When the air conditioning stopped in mid afternoon, they had it repaired in a few hours. There were more than enough soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage sacks to accommodate us for our six night stay (I love it when hosts do that). The clubhouse pool and lazy river were great and is a short walk (or you can drive to it). Disney World is minutes away (like 15) by vehicle and Universal is also very close (20 minutes) which is really great when you are coming home after a long day at a park. The very small minuses: And I mean very small. I think there were maybe six beach towels, the number of plates available for eating, and the number of decently sized bath towels was also on the short side. The advertised pool is really an oversized bath tub, however, the grandchildren loved it, so it served its purpose. All in all.... two thumbs up, five stars.

The owner thought of everything. If you want to travel light, please do so. The house had everything you could imagine. From an abundance of towels (shower, kitchen, pool, etc), to kitchen appliances, well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash. They had a stroller which made it really convenient for us not to pack it in the car. There is access to Disney+ and cable tv. The house was immaculately cleaned and I am pretty clean person, I travel with my Dyson. The small details that are so important, the owner thought of it. Soap, dish soap, laundry tablets, hand soap for all bathrooms, even a toddler seat for the toilet! The community is very nice, family oriented, playground, paths to run on, dog walks, etc. The private pool was nice if you don’t want to head out the community pool. It’s small but works for small children or as a hangout for adults. The entire property was clean. The owners responsiveness exceeded my expectations. I would rent again.

This was the perfect place for our family of 8. It was absolutely wonderful. We would absolutely stay again. The pool was my 9 year olds favorite spot. It was used everyday. It was only about 15min drive from all disney attractions. Just a small recommendation, but it would have been nice to have a peeler, a air fryer and a drink pitcher.

Our family of 9 enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, each couple had their own bedroom and the kids had two rooms to themselves. The private pool was tiny but the grandkids had great fun in it. It was a 15 minute ride to Disney. The resort pool complex was busy but had a variety of water themed activities that the grandkids enjoyed.

My experience with renting this property was excellent. The home was very clean the area outside was gorgeous. Plenty of room big open kitchen and living area. The community water park was fantastic. Very clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney parks and restaurants. The only thing is the outside pool security fence needs to be fixed. Because the latch is backwards and you need 2 people to lock it and it needs to be attached to the wall on one end. Overall wonderful place to rent. 5 star

This was a great property! Clean, as described, and it's the last unit on the row of townhouses so it felt more private than others. The only hitch was an unexpected visit one afternoon when my parents stayed in; they were surprised by the owner walking in. We had been told to expect a contractor to come by a few days earlier but weren't expecting any further visits. Other than that it was an excellent stay and we would definitely come back.

This property met the needs of our party of 8 adults very well. Check-in was easy, the communication with the owner was great, the location was perfect, and it was clean and well-maintained. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the location/property was the issue with the check-in center on Windermere. The property is on the other side of the completely gated and enclosed complex. There was a closer gate that required a passcode. We had issues with Uber both being picked up and dropped off even when we gave the drivers specific instructions - the app doesn't really help them when there's a gated community with more than one entrance/exit. It's a minor thing but thought others who need to use ride share might just want to be prepared - we ran a little late at times just because of the re-routing that the Uber driver kept having to do. Maybe the owners could provide a code for the nearby gate/exit?

Very well maintain and despite no heat for one night the owner attended to it in a timely manner. The only problem was the weather which no one will take the blame for!

We were able to pay a fee to check in early since we couldn’t find a room and everything was clean!

Conveniently located. Spacious home. Well equipped and clean. A recommendation is more hooks to hang up things in bathrooms, more hangers and the pillows were a little stiff. Can’t be perfect, but it was close to it!

This place had absolutely everything you can possibly need for a away from home stay, my entire family was very comfortable and we were able to enjoy each other instead of worrying about what we needed to make our meals or take shower, they have plenty of towels, blankets, they provide all the toiletries, just a very nice place. Thank you and we will definitely stay here next time we’re in town ♥️

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend with our friends at this condo. The kitchen is nicely stocked and we were able to have Thanksgiving dinner comfortably at the condo. It's not the closest location to Universal, but it's not horrible either. The host was responsive and we had no issues.

We stayed the weekend after thanksgiving and it was perfect for our family of 11. We had lots of room and the amenities are amazing. The place was clean and had almost everything we needed except the food, cooking spray, coffee filters and dryer sheets 😁It actually exceeded our expectations and we will be coming back!

What can I say - I definitely would recommend this property. I would give it a 10/10. Clean, spacious, up to date, plenty of room. We did not get to enjoy the pool but it was a great addition. I would must definitely stay again. This was great for my family! Communication with the owner was great. Not one issue!

Mrs. Li has a beautiful house it is exactly like the pictures of the listing. A/C works perfectly. The pool is heated, while we were there it broke down but was fixed within 24 hours!!!!!! 5 stars to Mrs. Li. Could do with more towels, there are only enough towels for 1 each, we had to run to Walmart and get some pool towels because we couldn’t find any. Other than that it was a wonderful house to stay at.

The townhome was clean. The air conditioning was broken or set to 80 degrees! It was unbelievably hot… not much sleep happened because of the horrible heat and awful mattresses! We contacted owner to fix and what was done did NOT cool off the town home! Very disappointing bc we had medical conditions that heat elevated! Asked for some compensation and NO reply! Do NOT book here! A precious person used “a/c broken” As their log in!

Everything we needed was available for us. The property was great and always felt safe. Great amenities and great host.

This property was perfect for a bkend family gathering. We had 4 families staying and there was plenty of space. it is conveniently located. The amenities were perfect as well! Would definitely stay again.
