My daughter’s bridesmaids stayed in this home for the weekend of the wedding in Athens. It worked perfectly for them to be comfortable, get their hair and make up done and just enjoy time together. Plenty of bathrooms and space for nine women!

We rented this house for our daughter’s wedding weekend as a place to gather before and after activities. We had our 2 young grandchildren and 8 adults. There was plenty of place for everyone. The home was very clean and well taken care of and in a convenient location.Todd was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again next time we’re in town.

The house is beautiful, everything is new, spacious and clean. It is even better in person than the photos. The owner was great with communication and helpful. It was perfect for our family during graduation. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay, the house was absolutely beautiful had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was in a great location for going to and from University of Georgia, swimming pool, multiple times a day and close to easy shopping and fun restaurants. Our house was incredibly kind and allowed us to host the swimmers and their families for an end of the meet dinner. They were incredibly appreciative and all commented what a fabulous house it was. Had a wonderful experience for our first time in Athens.

The property was beautiful ,basically brand new very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Great location with easy access to Uga and downtown. We were in town for parents weekend and stayed with a couple of parents and we had our kids over on Saturday for brunch we had a great time.

We all enjoyed this property and would 100% recommend it to anyone needing a terrific and beautiful place to stay. The property management was amazing and helped us out with some special needs during our stay - couldn't ask for anything better.

The house was fantastic, very clean, and spacious - feels brand new. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glassware, and complimentary coffee. The host is great and responsive as well.

Beautiful home with plenty of space, indoor and outdoor. Bathrooms have room to get ready with wall in closets, and amazing screened-in porch with comfy chairs to cuddle up outside on a chilly day.

The space was so lovely for my friends and I to stay in for a graduation and birthday weekend. Clean and comfortable space with great common areas and room for each of us to have private space. Will be staying again!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect house for our extended family. The home is clean, fresh, and beautiful, my questions were always answered in a timely manner, and we were only 2 miles or less away from all the venues. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable and the beds were as well.
It was very clean and had all we needed. (would have liked at least 1 full length mirror. We were going to a wedding and that would have been helpful)
The rooms were very big and had great closet space.
Todd was available for any questions and was extremely helpful.

I figured let me check in, before i get to the family reunion in Greensboro! I wanted to see it before the rest of the family . The pictures didn't disappoint, it was sooo much better! It was welcoming and warm , the home had everything we needed and more, the bedding and linings was clean and soft, it was a luxurious getaway, We had a day to enjoy the home , all ages from infant to senior year was comfortable and felt relaxed in there own corners the house was spacious and we didn't feel on top of each other. Im glad my family came after the reunion, if they went to the house first they wouldn't have left . Thank you ! So much we definitely look forward to future visits.

This was an absolutely beautiful home! Plenty of room to spread out, high end finishes and a quick drive to campus. We also enjoyed the porches and fire pit. Truly a great house!

The house was large, bright and centrally located to everything we needed to be at for a wedding downtown. All the bathrooms were large as were the bedrooms. I appreciated the pack and play in the closet and plenty of towels. The host was very responsive and let us check in early to make sure we made it on time to our wedding events. Highly recommend this home to anyone, especially families with kids.

Beautiful, stunning home close to UGA campus and Milledge. Thoroughly enjoyed front porch, large rooms, and spacious kitchen. Loved having streaming options on tv. Everything was simply wonderful. Appreciated the well stocked dishes, shampoo, soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, etc. Perfect.

We really enjoyed our time. My only concern is that you should provide regular cable for the high price of the rent. We had to search a bit to find a way to get some football games on tv. One person had to log into one of their channels to finally allow us to watch some football one evening.

Absolutely loved the place! Brand new and spacious! So close to everything! My son was getting married in Athens and my family and I booked Todd’s place for 3 nights! The 3 bedrooms upstairs were super comfortable and kids loved the room with the bunk beds! Todd was a wonderful host! Loved the decor and how immaculate the home was. Was great to have a master bedroom on the main floor so my 2 yr old granddaughter could be on a different floor with her parents. Sat on the front porch to have coffee and to enjoy the sunshine! Meant a great deal to have a lovely home to get ready in for the events! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 little ones.

I stayed here for my wedding weekend- along with all my bridesmaids! It was the PERFECT spot for first look pictures. There is so much beautiful natural light for getting ready and just enjoying the space! The location is near downtown and Normaltown-both great areas in Athens. 10/10 would recommend this VRBO to anyone I know! The host was so kind to us and went above and beyond to bring us champagne and let us check in a little early in order to get ready- a great way for us to start our weekend.

We truly enjoyed our stay — the house is immaculate and had everything we needed. We loved having coffee or a glass of wine on the screened in back porch in our downtime. We would absolutely stay here again!
