Location is great. Downtown and Norwood area. Neighborhood seems to be improving, but not best. Nice vintage home.

House was exactly as described and host was very communicative about expectations and helpful when we needed to get back into the property for left behind belongings. Location had ample parking for our large group, was quiet and close to city attractions without being in the city. Highly recommend if you are coming to Cincinnati.

Wonderfully updated and nicely equipped older home proved perfect for our family group of 7 adults (2 sets of grandparents, a great grandmother, and parents of) 5 boys from infant - 11. plenty of room in 3 stories and 2.5 baths and great open dining , kitchen, and living areas. A good base for our travels to the Ark south of Cincy, a Reds game, and into Indiana for the Total Eclipse. Also enjoyed nearby local Cincy dining and convenient grocery shopping. Nice larger homes in old neighborhood undergoing revitalization and gentrification. Could be challenging if you don’t do stairs well. But our four generations managed it. We had a few issues with WIfi and a dishwasher and a few other small things. But owner was notified and I’m sure proper attention has been given. Would recommend for a larger group/family looking for fairly central location and good highway access.

This home is absolutely beautiful and in a good location to downtown. We were there for a football game and checking in and out was easy. It accommodated most of our needs. The one thing it lacks is cable TV. We wanted to watch college football. It does have Netflix. I would stay again.

As advertised - well decorated, surface updated home with lots of personality! We enjoyed 5 bedrooms for 5 adults traveling for work. It was nice to be able to watch Netflix in the evenings. Everything was good, but could have been better with a few touches. - no hair dryer (unlike advertised - luckily we had someone coming in late who packed an extra) - could use some more kitchen items (ie we bought frozen pizza & had no sheet to cook it on, bought champagne and only 3 glasses) - running 2 hair dryers in the morning killed the power 😬😬 —- the owners were SUPER responsive at 6:45a, and sent someone to fix it right away. - neighborhood seems to be transitioning from pretty undesirable. We felt safe in the home, but still didn’t really want to go for a walk from there. We were woken up by a domestic dispute late one evening that included a police presence. Also be aware that the stairs into the home and inside the home are very steep! Not a good choice for anyone who has difficulty with mobility.
