House was clean and secure. I like that there's a fenced in yard for the dogs. If you have small children there is a playground just two blocks away.

This home is exactly as advertised. It is in a wonderful established neighborhood close to hospitals, schools and shopping. Unique restaurants are nearby. We had a weekend there as my grandson was in a wrestling tournament in nearby Greensboro and we truly enjoyed the
the home and the area. The host was responsive and check in was flawless. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a cute home for their trip.

The owners did a great job of making this little bungalow very comfortable- with new furniture, mattresses, and all the kitchen and shower basics. We would definitely stay there again

Our family was in town to be with my mom for a surgery she was having at Atrium High Point Health. Only half mile away, the location was perfect and we could come and go as needed. The home is lovely and a wonderful place to relax! Great kitchen and separate spaces to enjoy with family. The hosts were so kind and accommodating of our needs, even a last minute request to extend. We can’t wait to return to explore the area a bit more .

The house is just like the photos, and the bed was comfortable. Cheryl, the owner checked in on me a couple of times by message, to make sure that I had everything needed. If high shower water pressure is a key factor, it t is a little on the low side…..but manageable. Overall, a very nice property, and well appointed. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. It had all the amenities for a medium term stay (10 Days). We used it as a transition location as we settle into the area from Colorado.

This was an excellent base of operations for me while I toured all the colleges in the area. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. House is adorable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house! Great neighborhood, can walk to get breakfast or to a bar. My dog loved the large yard. HPU and downtown are super close just as promised. Will be back. Great spot, friendly and very responsive host.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from High Point University. The house was conveniently located minutes from everything. The house was charming and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect for our girls trip. Went to high point university to visit my daughter! Cooked an Italian dinner for 4 of her friends! Home is perfect and just the right size. Very clean!!

Excellent place to stay with the family!
We went to Summit at High Point University with our teenage daughter and we stayed over in this nice, cozy, family friendly house for 2 days. The house is extremely clean, neat, and just a few minutes from HPU. This house has all equipment that we needed. It was a pleasure to communicate with the owner of this house. She responded very quickly and gave us a clear and detail explanations on the rules of the house! We will definitely come back if we need to! Thank you for letting us stay in your house!
