The host was very responsive to our questions. Clean and updated carpets etc. Couple of minor issues, hand soap in bathrooms had been watered down. The recycle receptacle was more than 3/4 full on our arrival. There were 2 coffee makers but not even a hand mixer (even crank style, there were 2 clothes irons.

Great location and house had a good layout that worked for our whole family

We all enjoyed our stay...the property was clean, comfortable and well stocked.

Our family came together from multiple states to stay in this house for a week for a wedding. The house was exactly what we needed. The amount of bedrooms/beds was perfect as well as the bathrooms. The open layout of the kitchen/dining room/living room was great for cooking, eating and hanging out with our large group. The ping pong table in the garage was such a fun plus. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and we appreciated the large assortment of serving dishes and Tupperware. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and quiet stay for our group. Nice open space for group conversations, also plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms!

Most amazing stay

We were in town for a wedding with activities in Golden, Idaho Springs and Morrison. It was a great location. Easy access to all of our activities. Easy drives to Breckenridge, Mt. Evans and Lookout Mt. Close to groceries, gas, restaurants and I-70. Very nice park near home. It was a good fit for 9 adults.

There were many things we liked about the house -- the number of bedrooms and baths, cleanliness, location and plenty of room for a large size group. While we enjoyed all this there were many small annoyances that could probably be easily remedied. First and maybe foremost was the amount of flies and bugs that seemed to be able to get into the house -- maybe thru ventilation as we had no doors or windows open for any length of time. We would also have appreciated more soap, both in the soap dispensers and a body wash or soap in the shower. We also needed more wash clothes (we only had one) and hand towels. Kitchen frying pans need to be replaced as they were very difficult to clean. Master bath had some poor design features as water sprayed out of the shower and there was no light over the mirror, This may be getting a little picky but thought you might appreciate the feedback. Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend the house to others.

We had a great weekend in this house. Many park visits because it was so close! Kitchen is fabulous to work in! Just a comfortable home to enjoy with family

Great space - nice location if you are doing activities within the Denver area. Close to red rocks -

We had 10 people stay here, going to a Rockies game and elitches. Great location and neighborhood and only about 15 mins to our destination. Nice clean, big house that had plenty of room for everyone.

This property is a clean hidden gem in the Denver area. Plenty of room. VERY CLEAN and has everything you would need.

We had three families stay here during a weeklong sports camp. The location was great - there is a great park for kids just steps away from the house. We had plenty of room for all and the house was recently updated. We had a few issues with the air conditioning and bedroom fans when we first arrived (and unfortunately, the weather was super hot) but the host worked very hard to get those items resolved as quickly as possible which was awesome. The kids loved the ping pong table and extra space in the garage. There is a spacious back parking area/yard, and it would be great to add outdoor furniture and a grill the future.
