We came to visit our kids who live in Denver and Leadville and rented this property to spend time together. We loved the house and neighborhood. Nice restaurants in Arvada and Sloans Lake. I would highly recommend this property.

This stay was so lovely, and the host was so acoommodating. The propoerty us huge and beautiful! It was so clean, but cozy. When I got there they had little andes mints on the towels, which are my favorites.
The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything. I was visiting family and this was like my little getaway. The kitchen was so well stocked, I made soup and enjoyed coffee every morning.
I would highly recommend this place for a family, the backyard is huge and there are a lot of different activities for kids.
It's also a great place just for adults.

We really enjoyed our stay! Home had personal touches that we loved and the location was ideal with family in Golden. Will stay here again, for sure.

Property worked out for our family members with infants and toddlers, plenty of space, large fully equipped kitchen! Lots of games and a great backyard with a fire pit we enjoyed! This is the second time we've used this property and once again, it didn't disappoint!

Everything was generally great. Only notation I would suggest is to advise that the keypad for the code is on the actual door above the handle, not the pad on the doorframe. It was hard to find in the dark.

Had a worry free stay in Wheat Ridge! Every supply was provided, as usual ,with Namastay! No cleanup just checkout! there is NOT a better group to rent from! Homes are always spotless!

This property was well represented! The property owner was appropriately in touch and communicated well with me, offering a site with information about the home, things to do in the community, etc. You will enjoy games available, a beautiful fenced backyard, and dog bowls, blankets and toys. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and convenient for visiting our family. We will definitely stay at this lovely location again and I highly recommend it!!

This three-bedroom ranch, really felt like a home-away-from-home♥ Quit neighborhood but close to everything we needed. Lots of natural light, comfy linens and furniture. With lots of thoughtful touches like a variety of snacks, coffee and great shampoo. The perfect balance of uncluttered yet comfy 😊 Will look at the availability of this property FIRST, the next time in town!

Everything was perfect. The house was even better than described. Cleanliness was a 10! Anything you could need is on-site. Jessica was excellent at communicating before and during the trip. Quiet neighborhood close to anything you could need. Backyard is great for children and pets. Recommend 100%! Will definitely book this property again.

This house was perfect for my family and I! The neighborhood was quiet as stated in the description and the house was nicely stocked. We unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of the games but did enjoy a couple of movies cuddled up on the couch with the provided blankets. We wished we would have stayed at this house our whole trip. Should our travels ever bring us back to Denver we will definitely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property manager was very communicative and nice to work with. She was very accommodating as our travel plan kept on changing due to the bad weather and delays in our flights.
The house had new appliances and nice decor. The kitchen had all types of utensils, silverware and several spices and cooking oils.
Only small negative is that the kitchen and living room area has just one air duct. So that area becomes quite cold while the bedrooms and bathrooms become over heated.

Absolutely beautiful property! Had everything you could need while being away from home from baby equipment & toys to food and beds for your furry family members! Only thing you need to bring are the groceries! Will definitely stay again!!!

The house at 4590 Saulsbury was comfortable, clean, fully stocked and great lighting. Fully adequate and exceeded our needs. I would highly recommend this house and hope to stay there again.

Our overall impression is extremely positive. The neighborhood was extremely nice. All amenities: washer, dryer, outdoor gas fire pit for relaxing in the evening after a long day hiking was the best. The home itself is completely updated and very nice inside. The bedrooms were very spacious with ample room to bring your entire wardrobe. It almost felt like home. We will definitely be staying at this property again if it’s available. It was the perfect distance from everywhere we wanted to visit. I highly recommend staying here.

A Lovely and Happy Home
This is a fabulous property, very clean and stylish decor with comfortable beds. It has a nice big fenced back yard. It’s also one story, with just one step from the entry to living area so easy mobility access. All the creature comforts you could possibly need, and Jessica the manager is wonderful and responsive . Very quaint neighborhood, safe, quiet, and centrally located to just about everything in Denver and beyond. Highly recommend!

In town to see our son perform at The Arvada Center and visit with our daughter, granddaughter and son in law.
It was a perfect location for us and would be very convenient for all sight seeing in the Denver area.

We loved our stay here! The bed and linens are to die for comfy and the house was spotless. The kitchen was so well stocked with many thoughtful details. Our pup loved the huge fenced in yard. We would book again in a heartbeat!
